    What I liked: Nice, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms Excellent breakfast with a great selection The location was perfect for me, even though it’s far from the city center Safe underground parking, very convenient

    What I didn’t like: Some staff were a bit rude, which was disappointing Strange practice of checking the minibar in front of us during checkout — not professional and didn’t feel comfortable

    Perhaps the only good thing of the hotel is it being close to the Vienna International Center if you have business there, but even then, there are definitely better hotels closer. And you can get there with the metro. Some of the staff really do try their best.

    Where do I begin? - We traveled with out 5 month old, hotel advertises crib on request, I made sure to request since the moment I reserved that we needed the crib and the age of my child, and what we ended up getting was closer to a playpen for a toddler than a crib for a baby. It also WAS NOT suitable for a child that age, mattress was soft, when complained, they "fixed it" by adding more of those "mattresses" that looked more to be part of a gym mattress than something you would want your baby sleeping in, if I would've been warned from the beginning, I would have cancelled my reservation immediately. - When complaining about it, staff was elusive and pretend they were going to do something, in the end they just said "it's the only crib we have". - We confirmed we wanted our room cleaned every day (Who wouldn't want this?!) not only they didn't cleaned one day, the cleaning left a lot to be desired, we killed a bug on Monday on the floor, it wasn't picked up until Thursday!! A couple of days, they left the used cups of coffee as if they had been cleansed but they were still stained. - Basic WiFi was very bad, sometimes not hitting even 1Mb/s, completely though of for you to pay for a better connection. They offered a voucher for the paid connection and that was also mediocre. - Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. - Furniture feels old, one of the chairs in the room looked very old. All in all, this is not a 4 star hotel, at best, it's a 3 star big hotel, but 4 stars most definitely not

    Clean hotel, nice personnel, quick check in. We got the room a little bit earlier.

    The huge mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. Too high,too hard.

    Breakfast was excellent. I ate too much. It was close to the VIC and the two U-Bahn stations so it was ideal.

    It would have been great to have the water bottles replaced daily.

    We stayed one night. Room was very comfortable with beautiful view of the city. In the hotel, there was a restaurant, where it was possible to have very delicious dinner.

    As hotel is located in the city center, before arrival, we received a notification, where to park our car and it was also mentioned not to park on the main street. However, since we had to take all our luggage to the hotel, we asked at the reception if we could leave our car on the street. Since it was Saturday, receptionist informed that it should not be an issue as it is weekend and signs apply for working days. We asked twice, if it is really safe to park and we received confirmation that we can park on the main street. As a result, at late night, we discovered that our car was evacuated. We asked reception for a help and soon we got the information, where our car was located. This unpleasant situation costed us 350 EUR and 30 EUR with taxi to receive our car, which was on the other side of the city.

In the past, it was possible to park without problem on the Wagramer Street during the weekends. However, this rule was changed by the city just before your arrival and we were not informed about it. I personally went with the second guest to check the signs where it also said that the parking was not allowed during week days and in specific times. To which I recommended him that he should take a picture of the sign and show it to the city workers when picking up the car. Now we are informed with the new rules but anyway we do always recommend the guests to check the signals, since they might be temporary changes or exceptions. Please know that we try to offer the best possible experience to our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you another time and provide you a better experience.     The hotel is at an okay location from the city center. Staff was great. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty to choose from.

    The lobby bar had a gathering of people (like 20) and they were of course drinking and talking so the sound level was unbearable. It felt like entering a convention center. The sound was bouncing around the walls like a rabbit on cocaine. Bed was too firm for my liking despite my own mattress at home being pretty firm.

    Stayed here in July 2025. While the hotel has potential, the experience did not match the expected standards of a 4-star property. Key issues included: - Air conditioning was not working during a heatwave. - Housekeeping was not provided, despite double confirmation at check-in and a follow-up request made in person at the front desk. - Towel request was only partially fulfilled (one towel for two guests), with no alternative solution offered. - No staff was available at the front desk during the night. - The staff tried to shift the responsibility onto guests, using vague explanations and internal communication issues to avoid addressing the problems directly. When we tried to raise these concerns, responses from the staff (front desk) were evasive and unprofessional. We felt unheard and unsupported throughout the stay. This review is intended to inform future guests to double-check service availability and be cautious with verbal confirmations. I had previously stayed here in 2023 with a much better experience. Sadly, this return visit did not live up to expectations.
