The huge mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. Too high,too hard.

It would have been great to have the water bottles replaced daily.

Breakfast was excellent. I ate too much. It was close to the VIC and the two U-Bahn stations so it was ideal.

The lobby bar had a gathering of people (like 20) and they were of course drinking and talking so the sound level was unbearable. It felt like entering a convention center. The sound was bouncing around the walls like a rabbit on cocaine. Bed was too firm for my liking despite my own mattress at home being pretty firm.

The hotel is at an okay location from the city center. Staff was great. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty to choose from.

The staff wasnt very kind, sometimes they were a bit rude and didn’t answer pretty well. The breakfast could be better, the food wasnt enough, the Space is limited and at 7 am is chaotic

The curtains fail to stop daylight coming in so it will be difficul to sleep late

The extra single bed was not comfortable at all. Next time, I would book a wooden bed for my child and pay for it. The extra bed was free, but very noisy and very uncomfortable. We only stayed for a night. The fact that there was no place to park in the hotel was an issue, too.

The hotel is really classy, the receptionist was very nice. It's located 5 minutes away from the Underground U1 station. The hotel is located in the city, a beautiful place to lodge in. Oh, there was a mini tea/coffee table in the room and an electric kettle to boil water. The rooms and sheets are clean .

They have slow Wi-Fi for free and try to get you to pay for faster Wi-Fi. I stuck with the slow Wi-Fi, and it was ok for my needs. However, I thought that these types of Wi-Fi charges had disappeared from most hotels a decade ago.

Near Vienna international centre and there is a bus stop to the airport right in front of the hotel.

The business stations at the ground floor (with tables to work and printer) were not very comfortable to sit for more than one hour.

The location was very close to the Austrian congress center, and for this reason it was very convenient for me. Not too far from the center as well, using the metro. The breakfast was as I could expect from an hotel of this standard, rich and various enough. The personnel at the receptions, as well as at the breakfast room was super nice, helpful and friendly.

Shower wasn’t working effectively and was cold. Lift slow and at times reception was busy when only one staff on duty.

I would prefer an iron and board in the room rather than behind the gym.

Generally very nice, but it is starting to look a little tired. Maintenance would go a long way.

One of the elevators was often not working, leading to longer waiting times, and we were on the 10th floor. The bed was so hard, it felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. Pillows were thin as a pancake which made it additionally uncomfortable.

A kettle and instant coffee is an outdated option for coffee making facilities in the room. Would have appreciated some type of coffee machine (filter, pods), instant coffee is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The glass protection in the shower did not properly fit so water was spilling out when showering.

The fact that we are offered one drink per person if we decline the cleaning of the room for the time of our stay, but the drinks included in this deal were not specified, for example cocktails are included.

Rooms are very comfortable and location is good, very close to the Uban stop.

Buffet was fantastic the night before the marathon we weren’t told about it though just happened to check out on our way out for food . It was v disappointing to see an attempt to charge people for the toilets use that morning, it would have been a good will gesture to have a sign encouraging people in and maybe selling T or coffee . We left our keys on our finish line bags and had to argue to use the toilet ! Fabulous Chinese restaurant close by & the Danube park ru is a must

Room was OK but could be improved by: Providing free bottled water More electrical sockets and better placed - the ones on the desk under the shelf would not fit non-European adaptors with additional USB ports on the top. We had to unplug the lamps to charge our devices. Breakfast was quite expensive and had to wait for bacon and eggs to be cooked. Would be better to have pre-cooked bacon and just have omelettes freshly cooked.
