First time stayng in hotel where is online check in and no reception. The keyone answered to emails in same hour which was great. We had room with seperate bed room which was big. Breakfast basic but good. Pool was nice, little cold water tho.

Only one keycard/room possible to have.

We had to comfort room 303 very spaces like the bathroom settings open space. beautiful view from the balcony. Due to a dead...very good price value for money

No staff to help you with any questions ( summer season) all self check in stuff 😂

Easy self-check in, parking included, very nice breakfast, nice location in town, there was a live local music by the church in the evening which created a lovely atmosphere.

Pool and sauna are closing far too early (8pm) and possible to use only if you're not travelling anywhere during the day.

Everything was perfect, the building is beautiful, the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was a blessing from heaven. I only had a few accomodations with this kind of comfort. 10/10

The parking was a bit troublesome, but not because of the hotel, but the guests. The hotel did everything they could.

Everything was great. Especially the pool and saunas.

Location - it is really close to Finke Almbahnen GesmbH & Co KG Finkenberger Almbahnen. Big parking place, big room.

In the neighbourhood there are not a lot of restaurants, so you need to go to Mayrhofen, if you stay for longer time (if you do not want to eat each night in the same restaurants). No reception working. Only 3 pcs of power supply sockets.

Good continental breakfast with all possible choice for each taste

On line check in works, but confirmation email with entering code for keylock had came after my intervention to the support.

Nice room with big comfy beds that is very close to the bus stop. Spa is also good with sauna and steam bath. Breakfast is also good with many choices.

Furniture and appliances are a bit old but everything functions. Balcony is shared with other rooms but it has a nice view.

Free swimming pool and sauna. Big room.

Hotel is understaffed. We couldn’t find our room and no one was working there to help up so we called on the number provided and the lady helping us has never been to that hotel before. Than one man came apparently he was a cook and he was being very rude to us. There is no safe space to store the bikes.

Clean and Comfort with excellent view. Suna, Pool, and other facilities are outstanding.

It needs a bit of more guidance on how to use some facilities. For example, it was difficult to find the path to our room, as there was no sign how to go to the other part of the building through the small bridge in 1st floor.

We had a great mountain view, breakfast eas great. Bed was comfy

Considering it was a hotel built to the standards of its time, the building is older and could use some maintenance. That said, the pool was good, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The view from the balcony, the location, and the price of the hotel were all quite nice. There was ample parking both next to the hotel and about 50 meters away. The sauna and gym were available only in the evening. The staff during breakfast were also very friendly. The breakfast itself was great, with plenty of options.

There was no working ventilation in the toilet, or it may not have been installed at all.

Spacious room (alpine), good view, comfy bed, cheap price including basic but worthy breakfast.

Torn seats, shower without a door leaking everywhere, an open bathroom in the bedroom which is quite weird when traveling with a friend but at least the toilet was behind a door:)). Noisy street even at night. A lot of flies. Not enough parking for all the guests. Trash in common areas. No staff except for the breakfast lady.

I understand the confusion from some of the reviewers, but deal is simple - great location for the best price in the area. Easy to check in (but make sure you do online check in beforehand as no Staff). Yes, rooms dated, hence the price, but works really well for a stop-over. If anyone is complaining, it is because they expect 5 stars when paying for 2. Read emails, follow instructions and you will also give a very decent review for this place. Cannot fault much

There was a glitch in the matrix as our room box contained card for another room. That is not optimal for safety. But overall, all OK
