Pool and sauna are closing far too early (8pm) and possible to use only if you're not travelling anywhere during the day.

Easy self-check in, parking included, very nice breakfast, nice location in town, there was a live local music by the church in the evening which created a lovely atmosphere.

In the neighbourhood there are not a lot of restaurants, so you need to go to Mayrhofen, if you stay for longer time (if you do not want to eat each night in the same restaurants). No reception working. Only 3 pcs of power supply sockets.

Location - it is really close to Finke Almbahnen GesmbH & Co KG Finkenberger Almbahnen. Big parking place, big room.

Furniture and appliances are a bit old but everything functions. Balcony is shared with other rooms but it has a nice view.

Nice room with big comfy beds that is very close to the bus stop. Spa is also good with sauna and steam bath. Breakfast is also good with many choices.

There was no working ventilation in the toilet, or it may not have been installed at all.

Considering it was a hotel built to the standards of its time, the building is older and could use some maintenance. That said, the pool was good, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The view from the balcony, the location, and the price of the hotel were all quite nice. There was ample parking both next to the hotel and about 50 meters away. The sauna and gym were available only in the evening. The staff during breakfast were also very friendly. The breakfast itself was great, with plenty of options.

Torn seats, shower without a door leaking everywhere, an open bathroom in the bedroom which is quite weird when traveling with a friend but at least the toilet was behind a door:)). Noisy street even at night. A lot of flies. Not enough parking for all the guests. Trash in common areas. No staff except for the breakfast lady.

Spacious room (alpine), good view, comfy bed, cheap price including basic but worthy breakfast.

There was a glitch in the matrix as our room box contained card for another room. That is not optimal for safety. But overall, all OK

I understand the confusion from some of the reviewers, but deal is simple - great location for the best price in the area. Easy to check in (but make sure you do online check in beforehand as no Staff). Yes, rooms dated, hence the price, but works really well for a stop-over. If anyone is complaining, it is because they expect 5 stars when paying for 2. Read emails, follow instructions and you will also give a very decent review for this place. Cannot fault much

The reception is always unattended, with no staff on-site. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m., which may be too late for those with early plans. The traditional German-style toilets might be uncomfortable for some guests.

The location is excellent. Hintertux Glacier is just a short drive away. There is a restaurant right across the road, and a Spar supermarket is located about 900 meters from the property. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The interior of the room is really old, though in a good state, one cannot complain. Unfortunately some appliance, which sounded like an AC compressor made noise all the time. There is no AC btw. Very few parking lots.

Everything worked out, all the self check in, check out. Room had a balcony and is definitely ok in terms of cleanliness and function.

The parking was a bit troublesome, but not because of the hotel, but the guests. The hotel did everything they could.

Everything was perfect, the building is beautiful, the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was a blessing from heaven. I only had a few accomodations with this kind of comfort. 10/10

Hotel is understaffed. We couldn’t find our room and no one was working there to help up so we called on the number provided and the lady helping us has never been to that hotel before. Than one man came apparently he was a cook and he was being very rude to us. There is no safe space to store the bikes.

It needs a bit of more guidance on how to use some facilities. For example, it was difficult to find the path to our room, as there was no sign how to go to the other part of the building through the small bridge in 1st floor.

Clean and Comfort with excellent view. Suna, Pool, and other facilities are outstanding.

There was no refrigerator in the room, which was inconvenient since we had food that needed to be kept cold and ended up throwing it away. It was also very difficult to find the room due to a lack of clear information or signage. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

The room was spacious with a nice view. The pool was also a good addition to the stay.

The property was full of flies at night, and we were unable to sleep because of it. We called twice for assistance, but the staff only asked us to take pictures of the flies, which was not practical. Unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve the issue, and we had to sleep in very uncomfortable conditions. Even the breakfast, which was included, was disappointing — the food was not good and was also surrounded by flies. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I dont suggest this property

It was quite complicated to find our alpine room because it was on another side of hotel. Parking place was not well explained. There is no staff on the reception.

The shower cubicle is too small. They have the washout toilets. Damaged windows. Too many flies in the breakfast area and many surfaces ( separation walls or sitting areas ) are stained. I've been to many budget hotels in Austria but this one was far away from meeting my expectations.
