Plenty of parking, within walking distance to the city centre. Staff communicated well in advance.

VERY basic facilities. No shower door/room, no hairdryer.

    Property response:

Dear Mr Congmin, thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were missing a hairdryer during your stay. We actually do have hairdryers on request at no cost. Detailed info about our equipment can be found on the homepage. We are aware that our facilities are on a basic level atm and we do hope to renovate our house in the coming years. We hope that you will visit us again! - staff

The room was big! Appreciate the free parking!

My room had a lot of ants crawling on the ceiling, gave me the creeps. Breakfast could've been better, they only had cold options.

Great and easy contact with hostel. We arrived far beyond check in window and yet we were handled as we would expect. Thanks for that!

    Property response:

Thank you very much for your review! We hope to welcome you again in our house.

    Bedroom was clean

Pillows were too thin. Location, quite far from center specially if you are cycling. Be aware of the hills! Breakfast was too basic and not replenished quick enough.

Very basic accomodation but it is OK for that price. You can get easily and quick to the city center by line 27, the stop is very close to the hotel.

Check-in and check-out timeslots are very strange, you can check in late, from 5 PM, but have to check out before 9.30 AM.

    Property response:

Dear Csaba Attila, thank you for your feedback. Our core business is that of a youth hostel and we mainly accommodate schools, youth groups and other guests. For this reason, our typical reception hours are reflecting our business hours. We hope you understand!

solo traveler, got a clean wide room with 4 beds; quiet place with a ~forest view from the window feels/looks like a soviet-era building, but room & bed & bath were quite comfortable and 100% clean

9:30 check-out is a bit early for me; the staff was very friendly though location is a biiit inconvenient if you come by bus/train and carry heavy luggage because of the uphill; If you use the bus, pay attention to get off at the right stop and let the driver know to actually stop there :)

It is in a very quiet area on top of a hill with nearby shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the receptionist is friendly and accommodating.

The Breakfast buffet doesn’t offer much variety. Just the normal Austrian cold cuts, bread. For family travelers with small kids, the food is not so satisfying.

A very nice position, situated close to the Arena but out of the noise of the city. A beautiful park can be found nearby. The people working there were lovely and very helpful, the breakfast had a nice buffet and you can even buy small earplugs if you're going to a concert like I did! The bathroom was a little claustrophobic, but it had everything we needed and it was private, so I have no complaints for it. I hope to come see you again! 😁

It’s quite literally beside the TipsArena, so if you’re going to a concert or event there (as was my case) it’s super convenient. The buffet didn’t have much stuff but it’s nice.

It’s old, smells weird, and it’s not really clean. The floor carpet on the 2nd floor has huge stains. The rooms all have 2 bunk beds, and even if you book for a single person you’ll still get to sleep on a bunk bed. My mattress wasn’t bad, and my sheets were clean, but the bed and the room in general doesn’t feel inviting at all.

Nice and helpful stuff. Quiet location. With the option of vegan breakfast and lunch package.

I personally don't like the soft mattress but all in all it's fine.
