Cleaning lady tried to enter our room (actually opened the door) 3 times from 8:30 to 9:30 which was weird

There was construction on the 4th floor while we were there. The noise during the day was terrible. Thank God we had many excursions planned it would have been a miserable experience.

The location is conveniently located close to the tram and a number of food places around.

Some glasses in the room would have been great. All they provided were paper cups in the bathroom.

The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a balcony too but we didn't use it. The room faced inwards towards residential property, and it was quiet. Th only noise was from other guests above walking around their rooms. Breakfast was great and good parking facilities, albeit quite expensive. There's a Billa next to the hotel. The location was about a 20-minute walk to Jakomini and the old town centre.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The location was quiet, a bit farther from the city center, but it’s a relatively quick walk — it suited us perfectly.

Our room wasn' t cleaned for all our stay, 3 days, althouth the policy is every day. When we asked for parking we got info that in the hotel the price is 16e, and if you park in front, in the street in green zone it is much expencive. The truth is that outside it costs 11e per day and you can park with that ticket everywhere in the city in green zone. Parking is free during wekend in green zone.

The bed is a bit too soft for me, but it didn't cost me any sleep. The aforementioned fluctuating temperature of the shower can be a bit of a shock, especially if it suddenly heats up. Overall, there is very little to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently near the TU Graz, and easy to reach by tram 6 from the Center/HBF. The rooms are spacious, have a sizeable desk, and there is ample space for clothes. The shower is good and warm, though the temperature fluctuates somewhat. The area is quiet, and there was even a little balcony. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Not sure if there was anything I didn't like. Pretty solid place. I initially struggled to turn off the AC, but I figured it out after a while.

With a chain like Ibis you never know, but this one is really good: clean, comfy, and very professional. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. Some people wrote that it's close to a graveyard, which is true, but even the graveyard is really beautiful and well-maintained. Worth a visit.
