Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy.

We arrived later at night and had trouble finding the right door. We managed to find it eventually though and when we saw the place the next day during daytime it was very clearly marked on a table near the parking lot so I guess it was more our fault than the property’s. :D

Spacious and had everything we needed

The apartment house is located close to Spital/Stuhleck; it's very peaceful there, the view was very calming. The sofa is fantastic and so are the beds, really comfortable. Coffee and tea (and sweets) were provided which was a nice touch. The apartment is very spacious and it was nice to hang out there and chill after skiing, our 6yo didnt get bored there :) Parking right in front of the house. I really enjoyed staying there.

The stairs up to the apartment are quite steep so it is not suitable for very small kids. We are tall (185+ cm) and the toilet was small for us, we had to negotiate the space under the roof.

Everything was good. We used to use BBQ place with our own stuff. We had families apartment, rented for 5 people. I think it was ok for 1 night but longer stay - recommend not more than 4 ppl. Good place to have overnight between skiing in stuhleck (5 mins by car). Didn't used infrared sauna for 10 euro but it was offered.

Too small apartment for 5 ppl.

We used 2 apartments, both nice and very clean. The guests are super welcoming and nice.

The bathroom of the Familie apartment is quite small for a family (we are 5)!

If you want to ski or sled in Simmering, this i the pllace to stay.

Perfect location and very well equipped apartment. Apartment was big, nice and clean.

We came bit early than the check in time, but were accommodated with early check in request. Our room was on the top floor with beautiful views, the place is spacious enough. The host was very nice and dropped my friend to another town as we were going to the festival near and the busses weren't available.

There was no shampoo or shower gel available! There was a hand wash soap in the bathroom, so we had to use it instead of shower gel. At the end I had to go to the shop by bus which cost me 6 euro for the travel to get a shampoo which I used only once to leave it at the property also. I was not aware there was a shop 100m from apartment as host said later. Next thing is bed. First of all pillows are huge and flat. Not sure how the sleep on those, so I had to fold my one in half and sleep this way. There was one double bed in the apartment, but it had 2 single duvets anyway. When there is a double bed you automatically expect to have a double duvet too. That's the whole point of a double bed. Also it's mattress was very old, I could feel it so I wouldn't use it. Beside was single bed with good mattress, so was pretty comfortable for the sleep. My friend had an issue with charging her phone as in some outlets it wasn't working as well as she had problem with Wi-Fi or to say the absence of the signal from time to time and the speed of it.

Great value for money, very well equiped, extra room for children, parking at the place, great landlord who surprised us with fresh pancakes. 5 mins by car from the ski slopes.

Next to the train/railway that was anoying for the first night.

Three minutes' drive to the ski lift. Fully equipped apartment including dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Terrace. very high quality pillows and duvets.

Thermostat in living room/kitchen only. Passing trains can be disturbing for some. There are steep stairs leading up to the apartment, which can be problematic for the elderly.
