There were no tea and coffee making facilities which was very disappointing. However on our 3rd night there I enquired about this and was given kettle tea cups etc to make some.

There was some black stains in the corner of the shower, the wifi wasn't enough to call family let alone stream Youtube etc. The rooms in general are up to standard but the corridors left something to be desired.

The Location was excellent and the staff were really kind and attentive. The rooms are are nice in itself and the bed was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. Easy check in and check out. I think I got a room upgrade (for free), because in the photo it was supposed to be a single bed, but I got a large bed and a better room instead.

Old and outdated design

Its a very basic and old hotel. It serves it purpose. Really nothing special in any regard but convient location and fine price. Would not want to stay there more than a day or two.

No necessarily bad but wanted to note that the hotel has parking but it costs 15 euros per night. It's a bit tight to manoeuvre around.

The Hotel is located an easy 15min walk away from the main square. The room was spacious. Each occupants received a room card (x3). The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located next to a shopping mall. The neighbourhood is quiet.

It didn't have that many facilities - a fridge would have been nice, for example - and the price was a bit too high for what it offered.

The staff was so nice and helpful! We arrived later than the check-in time, but they waited for us and didn't fine us. The hotel was clean and in a good location in Linz, close to the centre.

The first room I received had not been cleaned. Probably a mix-up. But the receptionist was very nice and helpfull and offered me another room that was ok.

The hotel is close to a shopping center and that was very convenient. The receptionist was very nice. I was able to store my bike in a garage room overnight.

Just the neighborhood and proximity to downtown.

Excellent hotel in an ok location, close enough to the trams and Hauptplatz to walk. The area is definitely residential prole, but there are stores and a mall almost next door. The supermarkets close at 8, and the restaurants around the hotel are varied, but may close early too. Very nice breakfast. Garden out back. Generally, great hotel, nice people, clean rooms, quiet street, not in a fantastic area but pretty close - probably worth the savings if you're stretching your euros or staying for a while.

Great check in, rooms decent size, bar underneath which we used was fine. Lifts worked easy walk to main square 10 mins over the danube - taxi from station easy enough about 12 euro, or tram goes pretty much in a straight line to hotel. Decent location if staying in Linz

The shower was leaking heavily and there was no drain in the bathroom, so it was flooded after the first shower, so we had to use the foot towels to get rid of the excess water on the floor. This was very inconvenient.

We chose the hotel primarily for its location, as we arrived on bicycles and wanted it to be close to the Donauradweg and also to the town center and so it is. We had very easy access to the hotel and then, on foot, to the center. The bicycle storage room is easily accessible. The reception lady gave us all the info we needed, in a professional way and good English. Rooms are large, clean, well furnished, with good AC. Breakfast is very good, with a varied choice.

No air conditioning in the room made it very difficult to survive in the hotel room when there was over 30 degree outside. The daily fee for the parking is very high, but if you stay there duirng the weekend you can park on the street for free.

That was our second time when we stopped by at the hotel while we were returning from holidays. The location is convenient, approx. 15 minutes to the center. The room was spacious and very clean. There was no electric kettle in the room, but we asked for it and recieved it. The breakfast was very basic but sufficient and not included in the price. The parking was available a few steps from the hotel.
