Really enjoyed the restaurant, and a very good clean room. Lots of good breakfast choices, and good coffee. Convenient for an Autobahn stopover.

It is self check-in with nobody at reception. The process works fine generally, but because we had bikes, we had to phone management to discuss storage arrangements as it was not clear. It was ok, but it did delay our check-in slightly.

Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Allowed to keep our bikes in the garage which felt safe overnight. Restaurant was closed when we stayed for dinner, but plenty of other options in Lustenau that you can walk to.

On a mild Sunday in mid-May, numerous (local) families shared dinner in a pleasant atmosphere, in the restaurant with terrace, garden and children's playground. The rooms on the top floor are simple, comfortable and quiet. Quality breakfast. Easy parking and easy self-check-in.

Basic continental type breakfast but very good as such. Extremely friendly staff. The self-check in was bit odd but worked well without any glitches. Was nice to have a designated hotel parking lot instead of having to park on the street as in many places

There’s no air conditioner, so it was too hot and couldn’t sleep. Self check in. There’s nobody there for help you. No elevator. And the price is not fitting with this condition.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. We were greeted by Thomas who ensured we had an enjoyable stay. The restaurant served excellent food. We highly recommend this hotel as great value for money.

Fantastic service from staff. Very welcoming and helped put bicycle into garage for overnight. Room was comfortable. We decided to eat at the restaurant and had a superb meal with a lovely waitress. Good continental breakfast.

Nothing.

Booked late, and did self check in after 1am. Very simple and quick. We had a 16 month old who was asleep in the car after a long day driving through Switzerland and we were able to quickly get her into the cot which was provided for free with nice clean sheets. The included breakfast was perfect and they let us take a few extra pieces of watermelon and crossiants for our young ones lunch. Very happy with the stay. Thanks.

My fourth stay in this hotel. The first two rated 10, the third one rated 1 due to very cold room upon arrival with no heating. This time, I made a mistake and booked a room from 15/3 to 16/3. Found out upon arrival on 14/3, lucky to be able to rebook. However, the hotel did not refund the initial booking. Enjoy my money. You are a good hotel, but you have just lost a client who could stay regularly while crossing lustenau twice a month.

My first two stays in this facility were fine, I was very happy, but this time it was awful due to a very cold room (15.8) upon my arrival at 10 pm after 8 hours driving. The heating was off, when I turned it on it stopped at 10.30 pm, the temperature was very low, about 16, until my check-out. They better keep the temperature in the rooms about 18 while vacant, to heat them up quickly, and keep the heating on at least until 1am, if the check-in is possible until midnight. Otherwise, it is a good option to break after a long drive, but not in the winter season unless the policy is changed.
