Parking, location, good breakfast

Although booking.com state 2pm check in our rooms were not ready and the gentleman on reception that booking.com is UK time, that did not go apply to check out at 10am. He offered us a different room but no shower only bath - not ideal for a wheelchair guest. We were aware that adult only property but was currently a party being held and load music till 1.40am when I message reception. As we had not slept - if there are functions going on and run after midnight, other hotel guests should be made aware when booking so that would give alternative options

Very central

Location. Breakfast basic but ok

Basic accommodation. Some restaurant staff not very attentive. Rooms unmade when we went to the rooms.

Location was excellent

Rooms were very basic. In serious need of upgrading. Room had galley kitchen but no power to oven & hob, ensuite was dismantled and had a sofa in it. Bathroom only had a bath with no shower so not practical. I have never stayed anywhere that did not have a shower! Totally overpriced given the state of the rooms. Spa area / sauna was closed for a day during the week and also does not open on a Sunday. Breakfast was very poor, only hot food choice was eggs. No great choice even for children. Electrical socket beside bed had no power so could not charge phone or use light. Cleaning staff were very friendly and could not fault them.

Nobody in reception at arrival nowhere to park properly and safely. Bathroom dirty. The restaurant was chaotic, understaffed, and noisy. Wasn't informed that the room was not in the hotel. I wasn't told the balcony was shared.

Excellent hotel and staff

Lovely hosts, very comfortable and cosy room. The location was great, almost ski in and only a short bus ride in the morning to the gondola. The food in the restaurant was really good too!

Mostly the location & that the ski lift was in walkable distance

We paid 400€ a night and most of the amenities you would expect form a hotel with such a price were not given (eg not slippers for sauna, no water, just basic interior- didnt look like the pictures & the breakfast was mediocre)

Location was perfect

Price was to high for what you get for a single room, shower head was missing, room wasn’t cleaned and bed was not to good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect for skiing, a quick 15 minute walk and you are at the gondola. It is very convenient to have a market close by to get food for skiing. The room was perfect for what I needed it for and exceeded my expectations, not to mention the views of the mountains in the morning! While I did not get a chance to use it, the Sauna looked great and is a nice bonus!

There is no temperature control in the room, so I had to open the window to get some air. When the window/balcony door is open, street, neighbor and church bell noise were quite loud.

Great location for the cow festival, everything was great!

Location was great

- Bathrooms are not as in the picture. We had 2 rooms and both had old bathrooms. - Pillows are horrible - rooms were way too warm

Location was excellent. Visited for the Cow Festival. Staff was excellent and helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice. It was rather easy to park our cars. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere (dinner). We would probably stay there again, if ever in the area.

The room got quite bright in the morning. It was fine with us, since we needed to get up early, but if someone wanted to sleep loger, it would probably be quite tricky
