Easy access to everything in the area (you do need a car) - conveniently located between Kitzbuhel and Kirchberg. Reith itself has good restaurant options too. Hosts were very responsive and helpful, and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This Hotel is very clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere and a rich breakfast selection, feel like home. The surroundings are quiet, and you can easily walk or take a bus to the ski area. If you’re someone who doesn’t plan every detail of your trip like me, Matthias will recommend the best routes and restaurants for you.

Friendly and comfortable. Matthias is the most kind host I have met. Kind of place you immediately want to comeback. Location is another bonus. Close to Kitzbühel but freshly calm with beatiful mountain perspectives. Breakfast that is tasty and fulfilling.

I had a delightful experience staying at Hotel Zimmermann. The host was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing valuable advice throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place is both neat and welcoming, with spacious and well-lit facilities. The highlight for me was definitely the great sauna and the convenient ski room, adding an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Zimmermann for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Kitzbühel area!

Nothing to dislike!

Entirely authentic, has the Tirolean charm. Has all the necessary amenities (ski depot, parking, sauna, gym, garden, river access, walking area/park access). An amazing homemade breakfast that deserves a special mention. Spotlessly clean. Very convenient location that connects both Kitzbuhel and Kirchberg (the two largest gondolas/ropeways). The hosts were available 24/7, helped us with everything we needed from skiing advice and routes, reservation, transport etc. Overall, warmly run family hotel that treats all guest exceptionally.

Price is high for that kind of accommodation, but it is expectable for Kitzbuhel in February.

Personally I loved it, but it will not be convenient to stay there without a car.

Very friendly and helpful owners, making you feel like staying at your friends house. The place has a character with its own design, where the smallest detail matters. I liked there weren't many rooms, a sauna and a gym were available most of the time.

Hotel Garni Zimmerman looks very attractive in a lovely valley. The reception and public areas are beautifully kept with decorations, flowers, water features and pleasing scents. The staff and owner Mattius are very friendly and helpful with advice, suggestions and restaurant bookings. A tasty and substantial breakfast was served each morning. There are several excellent restaurants nearby in the village within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, reasonably spacious with a shower room that was hot and powerful. The balcony was shared and not as big as some. We would definitely stay again, maybe in Summer, but it is in a great location to reach several good ski areas within 5-15 minutes drive by car in winter.

Everything is amazing, but better to keep in mind for longer stays that there is no lobby or restaurant in the hotel. So, you need to reserve restaurants around for dinner in advance. No need to worry, Matthias was so kind to suggest us restaurants around, our favorites: Anna’s, zum Tischlerwirt, Gasthof Reitherwirt

The hospitality from Matthias and his family was amazing. Every corner in the hotel was very clean and the interior design was so cute! The hotel is close to everywhere but better having a car to visit other close villages as well (you can park your car in front of the hotel for free). The breakfast was so good and the breakfast room is again so cozy! Make sure you include it to your stay. Sauna was so clean and always ready after a good ski or hike :) there is a small gym corner in the ground floor as well if you are interested. we stayed in the room with the balcony, the view at new years eve from the balcony was amazing, fireworks!!! Last but not least, we had %10 ski rental discount at Ski School Reith by staying at Hotel Garni Zimmerman:)

Beautiful traditional Austrian family run hotel. In a quiet location overlooking the mountains just outside of Kitzbühel. A few minutes drive from many lift stations and ski slopes. Fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The hosts, husband and wife were super friendly and full of humour! They helped with recommendations and also made bookings and reservations for us. The hotel facilities were very good. Parking right outside the hotel entrance. Ski and boot room and the sauna was an added bonus for us after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast had a great selection of traditional Austrian continental and cooked. Beds and pillows were comfy and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean!
