How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Good location.Not far from the main highway.A little bit complicated self Check-in. But with the help of Ai concierge everything went fluently.Clean rooms,spacious parking. Good breakfast.

My room didn't have AC (which was expected), but also ventilation was very poor, which made it very hot even during cool nights. Check-in instructions are not clear for non German speakers.
A nice hotel overall, with interesting design solutions, big terrace, parking and a decent restaurant.

The check in process is very difficult. There's pre check in process which i did, but never received room reservation number. Machine for self check-in was not user friendly and it took ages to get my hands on the room reservation numbers. Location was hard to find. Booked for 2 but bed only set up for 1 person.
I.liked the size of room and bathroom. App chat function was useful

Bad mattress and weird check in. Couldnt find the parking at night (you need to drive to the end of the building or the door to the hotel, the white one was closed)

Self check-in took some time, as reservation code did not arrive by email as promised. Helpful staff on hotline though and once the check-in was done, the stay was very nice.
Comfortable rooms, decent breakfast buffet. Close to motorway, yet quiet and super-convenient for a stop-over on the way from Scandinavia to Croatia.

From check-in, room was clean and prepared for us. Only thing that was not clean were floors. We wait for second day if the cleaning personel will redo the job but unfortunately they didn't. We took our car-hand vacum and vacumend the whole room. For sure, something to take care in future. Since we are guests, we didn't want to aks for that floor cleaning service, that should be also something by default to be done within hotel service, each day. We all learn from mistakes. Lower rating because of that. Check-in experiance could also be better. To many steps to take and easy to miss something if you are first time in hotel, as example, we did everything good (with guidance of host) and despite that, our check-in wasn't visible in the system, so we had to do everything manually.
Overall it was good experience. We used a room only for sleep since we were engaged with F1 entertainments in Red Bull Ring. Breakfast was good, only challange that we had was on Sunday, we had to wait for a while to get some free tables. Location is in general very quite, have safe underground parking which is free. All in all good transit stay!

The rooms are poorly equipped: there is no fridge, no teapot. Also, the pillows are quite old and used. Additionally, there is a lack of local light near the bad.
The personal was nice and helpful. Also, the breakfast was good.

Harder for non-german speakers if you need to communicate with staff, but doable and the staff does find a solution to the problem.

The breakfast could have more options. There was no fridge in the room.
The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Hotel is in a quiet location, 20 min drive to the city center. The restaurant offers delicious food. Free parking.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good location close to the highway (I just needed to stop for the night and continue my trip). Reasonable price, self check-in in case of late arrival. Highly recommended.
