Our colleagues really enjoy their work and this has a very positive effect on our guests. We are very lucky that our hotel is located in an area where you can do a lot of activities, especially sports, all year round. We are also a Welcome Dog Hotel and all four-legged friends are very welcome. I think it was just down to communication, because if we had known that the mattresses were far too hard for you, we would have immediately put a soft topper on the bed. We also have state-of-the-art Dyson fans as an alternative to air conditioning, which work very well against the heat. We would be happy to provide you with these options for another stay.
