Self-check in smooth, everything in nice order in the room. We only stayed 1 night, because we were going further.

Located in industrial side of Graz, so doesn't look convenient if you want to visit the city center.

When on a trip it is a good place to stay. Near highway.

It lies a bit on a dark and sketchy industrial park with bad lighting and directions to the hotel are not totally clear.

Great location near the highway. Excellent value for money and good breakfast.

The only plus of this hotel is that it accepts pets.

The hotel stands outside the city near some kind of factory. The factory works noisily all night long. It is impossible to open the window because there is a terrible noise all night long. Another very big minus is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, it is only in the corridor. During our stay in August, the outside temperature was +34, the room was hot, and it was impossible to open the window because of the loud noise. So there were two choices, either to sleep with at least partially fresh air and a lot of noise, or with a closed window and unbearable heat. In the description of the hotel, not a single word mentions that the hotel is built next to the factory, and that the view from the window of some of the rooms is not "To the city", but to the side of the 24/7 working factory, and customers should be informed about this.

Convenient location for travelers passing through Graz

The room was not aired before our arrival and was stuffy + no air conditioning. A huge street lamp was shining through the window right in the middle of the room, so we had to sleep with this light, as it was very hot and we couldn’t close the window. There were warm heavy blankets on the beds (I don’t know who came up with this idea in August in a hotel without air conditioning), we took the duvet cover off them to cover ourselves with something and noticed that the blankets inside had yellow stains.

Condition system didn't work at all

The hotel is new and very clean. The beds were comfortable.

The location is industrial zone.

The structure is very modern and nice

My room was dirty and I don't think we can define this hotel as wheelchair friendly

Very comfortable and clean, easy check in and check out.

No refrigerator, and the water in the bathroom was filled very very slowly

Great place to take a rest, looking and exploring around, and continue the journey
