The pillow and sheets in general are moderately comfortable. The light automatically turns on/off in the bathroom when you go up during the night to pee - that's extremely irritating as it takes time before it turn off automatically.

Surroundings definitely needs more lighting and signage and better tarmac on the road. The area looks like a desolate industrial zone , definitely needs some love! Public street lighting, signage and some greenery will definitely improve the location please talk to your municipality.

Spotless clean, kudos to the cleaning staff! Everything was looking spotless and clean, like brand new. Also it was very quiet making for a good nights sleep after a long day. Parking lot is very clean, tidy with smooth asphalt.

East self checkin just in 2 minutes. Parking lots are enough for all guests. Nice hotel to stopover during the night to rest a few hours. Close to autobahn for travelers.

It is located along the highway on an industrial area. No one at the front desk and no security at night. Also the door downstairs stayed open all night wich felt a bit weird

Self-checking. We had a reservation for two rooms on one reservation, but we got just one at check-in. The problem was solved after a phone call with the service.

Located in industrial side of Graz, so doesn't look convenient if you want to visit the city center.

The hotel stands outside the city near some kind of factory. The factory works noisily all night long. It is impossible to open the window because there is a terrible noise all night long. Another very big minus is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, it is only in the corridor. During our stay in August, the outside temperature was +34, the room was hot, and it was impossible to open the window because of the loud noise. So there were two choices, either to sleep with at least partially fresh air and a lot of noise, or with a closed window and unbearable heat. In the description of the hotel, not a single word mentions that the hotel is built next to the factory, and that the view from the window of some of the rooms is not "To the city", but to the side of the 24/7 working factory, and customers should be informed about this.

The only plus of this hotel is that it accepts pets.

The room was not aired before our arrival and was stuffy + no air conditioning. A huge street lamp was shining through the window right in the middle of the room, so we had to sleep with this light, as it was very hot and we couldn’t close the window. There were warm heavy blankets on the beds (I don’t know who came up with this idea in August in a hotel without air conditioning), we took the duvet cover off them to cover ourselves with something and noticed that the blankets inside had yellow stains.
