The surroundings of the hotel are not the nicest part of the city. But nothing bad, unsafe or dirty. Simply not the idyllic Vienna.

Unusual, confusing room setup: The lights are real hard to get used to. Certain light switches by the bed turn off the electricity in the whole apartment, others only in certain electric outlets. The automatic lights are also a bit confusing. The bath tub's water plug has no button or lever to open it. Every time it take a bath the plug is a real pain to remove in the end. There was no bath gel for the bath tub. The huge golden sun protector walls disturb the view and only some of them opens when I use the controls. The AC temperature control may not work as expected, only way to makev the rooms less cold was by turning off the cooling system entirely. There's no ATM in the hotel or anywhere nearby (hotel reception said there was one 5 minutes walk away but refused to pinpoint on my map where and in fact the closest was more like 8 minutes driving distance).

Wall to wall carpeting in the rooms has the potential of triggering allergies. I wish they would replace it with hardwood flooring.

Fantastic location. Exceptionally clean, modern and safe property. Wonderful staff. Comfortable beds, great amenities. Very reasonable price. I have stayed at this property several times now over the years This could easily be rated as a four - if not five star property.

Was arguably far from the train station, like 15 mins walk. For someone who struggles walking or perhaps doesn't want to push a pram 15 min to the train, you have to keep this in mind. I'm 22 and was totally fine for me and my mum but some people could struggle with the distance. Really nothing to worry about if you like walking through a new neighbourhood and even through the beautiful park to the station.

For me I loved the bathroom, super spacious and really nice to wind down after a long day of exploring the city and travelling around Vienna. Really nothing to complain about at all. TV worked fine, beds were super comfy and you will have a great nights sleep here. 24/7 snacks and drinks downstairs at the self checkout shop and the bar is super useful too at night.

The restaurant was closed for evening meals and there were no real alternatives within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel was a bit disconnected i.e. out of town. Had to walk 15 mins and catch a train to the city to see the sights.

On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite which changed the overall score. We were in walking distance of Schonbrunn Palace which was excellent. The Bar was our only alternative for an evening meal - which was ok.

Restaurant not open in the evening. We would have preferred to eat there rather than our rooms. Cups a bit small for tea-drinkers.

Room service for evening meal had good food choices, (shown on the TV). The bed was very comfortable with large, soft pillows. Appreciated the small fridge in the room.

There is no restaurant open inside hotel. The only one available is for breakfast and a bar. Hotel amenities also very limited.

Not being able to have a coffee at 12 noon, as everything was closed at the hotel. Unacceptable at a 4 star hotel. It looked like abandoned premises. We were amazed when receptionist told us that there was nobody there, cafeteria/bar/ . Huge hotel with empty premises. Bad vibes. Had to go in the city for a basic coffee.

Location is good it’s about 5 minutes to the Schönbrunn Palace, and about 20 minutes km to the St. Stephen's Cathedral using uber.👍🏻

It felt a bit commercial and nothing like I thought a”Hilton” hotel would have been like? Dinner was offered in the bar. Which if we had known earlier, we would have planned to eat out. The room was oddly fitted out with little storage and a difficult shower to use. We were met with staff coming out of our room (with other people) when we entered for the first time…which was disconcerting! But for that, we were compensated. It was tidy and staff were nice.

There were no free wi-fi which is a bit a disappointment. Not the chepest hotel in the city and it should be free. Also the room was quite cold.

Close to Schonbrunn. Nice breakfast and very comfy bed.
