The building in the back is modern and feels comfortable.

The front building looks and feels dated.

The swimming pool and breakfast are amazing. Also loved the mattress and everything was very clean and nice.

There was no air-conditioning, and it was quite hot in the room at night.

Very friendly staff, enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant, very good breakfast and coffee I liked. Comfy bed, WiFi, parking and a relaxing wellness area with sauna.

Was ok but we didn’t stay in the modern block that appears as the main ‘hook’ images, rather the more traditional main hotel. It was quite nice if a little dated but quite groovy. Big room, excellent parking nice outside terrace area. Mini bar prices a little high and no free water in the room. Generally ok.

Very good breakfast in the old German style. Plenty of smoked salmon. Our dinner la carte was excellent. Good selecton of Austrian wines.

Traffic on the motorway was congested (mega-stau) towards the pass of Brenner. This was Pentecost Sunday morning. Germany-plated cars filled the road. When finally in Italy the traffic gradually became easier.

We received big appartment with our 2 kids. We thought of staying in modern part of the hotel as we see it in the advertesiment, but we stayed in old style rooms. But we liked it as it was two very big rooms appartment. Breakfast was also very nice and included local foods. Coffee was really good. We liked the around and a wonderful mountain view in the morning.

Stayed in new part of the hotel. Got a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice bonus. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had beautiful view onto the Alps. It even had a jacuzzi bath !

    Nothing.

Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful when we needed to make changes to our booking

Room we had was nothing like the one as described on the internet (small, air con not working, toilet seat broken, no view etc). We booked last minute so I think ended up with the last room they had. Other rooms there were probably much bigger with good views - worth checking this before booking.

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel located in a village near the Alps near Innsbruck. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, you can easily get from the city to the hotel and back in about 30 minutes. I got a room with a single bed, it was clean, comfortable, and you could see the mountains from the window. The room has, in addition to everything, a bathrobe, slippers, and a minibar. There is a SPA area with a Finnish sauna, hammam, and a relaxation area on sun loungers with a panoramic window through which you can see the mountains. I would like to note that in the spa, basically everyone was naked in the baths and showers, be prepared for this. There is a restaurant with Austrian cuisine, it was delicious. I was especially impressed by the choice of food during breakfast, it was a choice like a 5* hotel, it was dizzying. Definitely recommended👍
