Dear Ms. Monika, Your recent stay at Hotel Weitzer Graz is very important to us, and we greatly appreciate your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our prime location and breakfast service. Our goal is always to offer our guests an exceptional experience. However, we are saddened that we were unable to meet your expectations in terms of cleanliness. We would like to inform you that the apparent dirt in the bathroom is not dirt but signs of wear and tear caused by cleaning work, caused by descaling agents that attack the substance of the fixtures. We would like to point out that we are currently carrying out renovation and maintenance work to improve the condition of the rooms. The special characteristics of our historic building sometimes present us with challenges, but we are determined to overcome them in order to improve the experience of our guests.
