The location is perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spatious. The check-in & check-out went very smoothly. Nice and professional stuff. You could buy the amenities (such as shower cap, dental kit etc.) in the vending machine downstairs, but for this price it should be included in the room price and provided in the room.

Old building that’s been superficially renovated but the floors, doors, bathrooms etc are all tired. Woken at 6am by the very loud footsteps on the floor above, for example.

Rooftop sauna was incredible. Nice lobby bar and great location.

The smart TV was not working - we couldn't watch Netflix. Not a big deal but would have made the experience better.

The hotel was overpriced and not good value for money. The room did not match the description — we expected two double beds, but received one bed and a sofa bed instead.

Excellent customer service — the staff gave a wonderful breakfast recommendation. The location is also perfect, within walking distance of the city centre.

Breakfast room was very crowded and part of it was not used. Additionally the fact that you have to pay for parking, though at the discount.

Wellcome at the reception and checking in as well as checking out process was very smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The view was stunning.

Not much space around bed in our room however staff waivered the bike hire fee as we were in a smaller room.

Clean welcoming property on the river. Buffet breakfast had a large selection of food choices available. Everything is close in Graz & easily accessible. We hired bicycles on 2 days which was fabulous & well catered for. Staff very attentive & willing to help. Great new gym & sauna complex.

Bedroom design was a bit minimalist for our liking - very white.

Lovely spacious lobby incorporating stylish bar. Bar staff very attentive. Reception staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast in attractive breakfast room. Adjacent Cafe Weitzer and restaurant make useful additions to hotel. Room had everything needed and everything worked.

The walls are quite thin and it is necessary to bring earplugs. I also would have enjoyed using the Sauna but the hours are limited (which I can understand) and only available at the sauna itself, which could be amended. Perhaps it would be possible to offer patrons a pleasant view and then offer a discount if they choose to accept a room with no view? I asked if it was possible to have a river view and the answer was yes, but for an additonal fee... although likely common this is of course a strange pratice.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, including reception and cleaning staff. I was very pleased with the location as well! The room included air conditioning, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The room also included direct sunlight and fresh air.

Internet at least in the back building a bit shaky at times, a hot water heater for tea in the rooms would have been helpful.

No kettle in the room as standard instead you needed to request one from reception. Rooms were clean and tidy but the corridor to them from the lifts needed a refresh as there were lots of scuff marks on the walls and doors.

Nice hotel in a great location giving easy access to the various sights in Graz. Very quiet room with a decent sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, especially those at the bar.
