AustriaWifi occasionally dropped out West facing room during heat wave meant it took time for room to cool down at night! From UK / US just to note that whirlpool and sauna area is a naked area, similar to many spas in Austria.
Lovely warm welcome :-) Very good breakfast. Great location close to asitzbahn cable car (and transportation of bikes up the mountain also possible). Nice swimming pools with some comfy beds around. Good parking facilities and great bike storage area for our own bikes.

Slovakia- no doors to the bathroom (it looks pretty but is not very practical) - small problem with dinner - pre-ordered dessert was not available for our kid, the staff was not able to solve it but we received a voucher as compensation from owners after sending our feedback
- great place, beautiful view - really pretty architecture - from outside as well as inside, beautiful rooms - beautiful wellness - clean, spacious beds next to the pool - cable car (lift) to the top of the hill for free - 2x a day - very tasty and diverse breakfast

The hotel is super close to the lift, the staff were great and the cuisine was superb! They even made a gluten free and dairy free menu for my partner, which we really appreciated.

Czech RepublicExtrabeds are not as comfortable as the proper ones - could be expected, but ... Menu in restaurant gets more a more difficult to choose from as you stay more nights as its offering is quite limited. The SPA entrance is limitted to 15y+ which you can't find on booking.com hotel description - therefore as we're traveling with kids 7y - the SPA is off the limits. The pool is "heated" but not so much.
Nice, modern interior, superb location, welcoming personnel, nice restaurant and kid and ski facilities. Very nice breakfast. The SPA is small but OK for the hotel type. Ski room is perfect and bathroom in the room has heater for drying clothes - which we've found nice for a moder type of appartment mostly heated by floor heating. We had an appartment with beautiful view to the slopes and lift. Small but well created playroom for kids is handy for families with small kids (4y + 7y in our case). Walking distance to the lift and kids school area in front of the hotel is superb!

AustriaHotel is much larger than one would expect from a boutique hotel - it comprises from few buildings with an underground connection. Frustrating dinner: quality is ok but variety is poor. No simple meat option so I had to pay extra for a basic Wiener Schnitzel. There are no spa towels in the room and around the swimming pool - they can be found just in sauna. No sockets around the bed.
Spacious well-decorated rooms. Location could be convenient for winter sports as the ski lift is near by.

GermanyI was a little disappointed with the assigned seating for meals. I specifically booked this hotel on an all inclusive basis because of the advertisement on nice meals in a nice area. The first night we came down to find we had an assigned table off to the side in a sparsely filled breakfast room with too much light. Not exactly the romantic/birthday weekend getaway feeling I was hoping for. They were nice enough to re-assign our seat in the dining room area for the following evening and also breakfast on our last day. I imagine there is some reason behind the assigned seating, but I found it a bit odd and off-putting.
The room was comfortable and the hotel is well decorated. The sauna/spa/pool area is very nice, very clean and modern and not overcrowded. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. You do receive a complimentary single use lift ticket for the area and you can also purchase lift tickets directly with the hotel.

Czech Republic- Hostile behaving family Nadler, the owners!!! - Be warned that, they judge their guests based on sex, race, habits, religion, etc. If they don't like you, they will humiliate you by sticking paper publicly in front of your apartment door, so everybody can read, what they think of you!!! - Don't go here if you like to have snacks at 4:20 PM - I was looking for peaceful heaven in Alps, but I got expensive apartment in the middle of construction site - Very loud noise and vibrations during the work days, which was majority of days we spent here, from 7 AM untill 5 or 6 PM!!! - It was impossible to sleep after 7 AM - Workers staring into apartment all day - They made me VERY unhappy, they almost succeeded to screw my holiday completely - As a compensation they offered me worthless voucher for next stay although they of course knew that I don’t want to go here any more
