We had an absolutely fantastic time here, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking. Breakfast was incredibly generous with a wide variety of high-quality options. At dinner, the buffet offered an abundant selection of appetizers, while the soup, main course, and dessert were all available à la carte, which made the experience feel both personal and luxurious. The wellness facilities are located in multiple areas of the hotel, the outdoor whirlpool was definitely our favorite. The room was beautifully furnished with great attention to detail — stylish, comfortable, and clean. The use of the underground garage was included in the price, which made everything even more convenient. Last but not least, the staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

A wonderful hotel and a great spot for stay in Ellmau. Amazing spa facilities, clean rooms, and above all - exceptional breakfast and dinner service. Fully recommended!

No water cattle in the room though a good coffee machine was available.

The views are just amazing and the food was excellent, the staff was also nice and professional.

The building is a bit of maze but once you get familiar with the layout, it's manageable. We had a terrible first night being located right above the bar that was playing loud music until 4 AM, but it was easy to get moved to a different room for the 2nd night. Still, a better sound isolation for the rooms would definitely help. The bed in their "default" config aren't very comfy though you can use the "pillow bar" to choose an alternative pillow.

We liked it a lot, it was a perfect stay for us. Rich breakfast, big and comfortable rooms, perfectly clean, central location. Very good food in the evening at their restaurant

Very nice breakfast, the spa area is very good and really relaxing, staff very helpful. They really paid attention to details and made a small cake for the birthday boy we had with us. They really know how to take are guests

The room was a bit small for the category we paid. But we managed ok.

Very friendly service. And very good food arrangement. The room is also specious enough. The outdoor swimming pool and Sauna are very enjoyable.

Dining experience is a bit hit and miss depending upon your location. We were seated in a more cafeteria style part of the hotel and it was quite difficult to be moved. Given the price I would have expected a more atmospheric dining experience for all.
