I was disappointed that, despite this being my fourth stay at the hotel, I was given a room significantly inferior to the one I had booked and paid for on Booking. I noticed the difference in quality halfway through my stay and addressed it with the management. As a result, only my children’s room was upgraded, while I received no compensation for my own room. Although I appreciated the gesture for my children, my dissatisfaction remains, as I expected fair treatment and for my original booking to be honored.

I enjoyed the food, and every dinner and breakfast was a delight. I also really appreciated how clean everything was. I highly recommend the waiter Alexander Ahlgrimm. He is very professional, attentive, and empathetic. His service made our dining experience exceptional.

Especially their scheduling of different activities almost for free, for all guests including bmw test driving. Spa is new and personal is great.

Two separate bed- and bathrooms means not a salon and two bedrooms, but one room as a salon-bedroom and separate bedroom. Not convenient. Shuttle from the ski lift to the hotel we've been waiting for 40 minutes and more.

Our come back to the hotel after 20 years. SPA is unbelievable. Great choice of saunas and pools. Stuff is very welcome and ready to help. Breakfast is suitable for all tastes and needs. Suits for groups, seminars and big conventions.

Houskeeping slipped up a bit on the claening, but when we noted that to the reception, everything was back on track immedietly with smiles and apologies all the way.

This is the 5***** service and professional care that make you feel very welcome and relaxed right away. As it is a half board package, you have a table in the main restaurant bookd for you for breakfast and dinne. same table, and friendly waiters, as well as excellend cuisine. the suit was spacious and cozy with a fireplace and a view that inspired you every morning.

The price-performance ratio did not meet expectations. Parking place was full, because there was some special event. Room 159 was nice, but bathroom and room details did not correspond to the price of 1000 euros per 2 nights. The breakfast was really not good, at 9:30 on Saturday and Sunday there was no pastry (check photo), no watter glasses, the tomatoes were moldy. The restaurant space is huge and nice, but since no one was standing at the entrance in the morning, we couldn't find our table. Come on guys, you are 5* hotel!!! I was really disappointed

Great location in the center. Very close to the cable cars. Friendly staff at the hotel reception. The man from Greece, bartender in hotel bar, was great, friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant and bar areas. It smells very nice everywhere. When you leave you will receive water and a small gift. It is kind. :)

overpriced, 2* room, dated, spa never open before 2pm, view of bins and car park but sold Mountain View, €2,000 for 3 nights should be €1000 maximum
