The furniture is little outdated, and the location is a little far from the Metro station. There is a tram station near by, but all of the trams that go by, are not going to the city center.

Nice location, near a great church. Good room, silent and with a little view., Polite staff, I had a few requests and they helped me., Great breakfast, the same every day, but all you need. The price is right.

The beds weren’t comfortable and the location wasn’t optimal. No air conditioning, just a fan and no fridge in the room.

The rooms would probably benefit from some modernisation. While the bathroom in my room was new, modern and extremely functional, the room furniture were a bit old. Not a real problem though...

The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. For some reason, it was not possibile to book the room with breakfast through booking website. I paid an extra for the breakfast at the hotel (at a very reasonable price). The location is very good as everything is at walkable distance, included the University which is just few minutes away.

Cleanliness could have been better The room is a bit too basic

Amazing location - right next to the inner city . Infact best to walk to the inner city ( where all the sites are ) from the hotel Great Guy called Wolfgang who gives you the absolutely correct advise - hotel gets a 9 instead of 8 just because of him . Top top guy - honest and wonderful person Amazing price for what you get just because of the location

No air-conditioning and no socket close to the bed. Parking was very difficult. It's not the fault of the hotel but the public parking spaces closest to the hotel were almost always full so we needed to park the car in a parking garage, which was more expensive and almost 10 mins away.

Very helpful staff! We got our room hours before check-in time because they cleaned one very quickly for us when we showed up in the morning. Breakfast, location and cleanliness were also good.

Rooms were small and there was no air-conditioning. Though windows opened room was on a busy street.

The curtains are very,very thin fabric. They could do with lining with blackout material. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable,the shower was superb. The breakfast was excellent, eat as much as you want buffet style and the location was very close to the main attractions

The room with the toilet was too small so that one could not stand straight in front of it, so one had to leave the door open to use the toilet.

Room was small but adequate and clean with comfortable bed and closet space. Shower worked well. Breakfast was very good with friendly staff. I inadvertently left a paper at breakfast that had my notes about our lost luggage. When we went to look for it, it was not at table but a worker there had saved it and brought it out to us. That was very good she had not thrown it out.

It would have been nice to have more vegetarian and lactose-free options for breakfast.

Very close to the city centre and with easy access to public transportation. Staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Good, varied breakfast.
