We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 — Clean, Delicious, Relaxing…and with a View That’ll Make Your Jaw Drop If Brandgut were any cleaner, we’d suspect they have an elite squad of cleaning ninjas scrubbing every surface around the clock. You could probably perform surgery on the floors (though we recommend just walking on them). And the kitchen? Absolute perfection. Every meal was so tasty we briefly considered starting a petition to make the chef a national treasure. Imagine comforting, flavorful dishes that make you question why you ever tried cooking at home. After a long day of conquering hiking trails and pretending we were mountaineers, the pool and spa were pure salvation. Sinking into spring water while our tired legs rejoiced was the highlight of every evening. We left feeling so refreshed that we considered tackling another hike just to have an excuse to go back in. Then there’s the location—perched on a lovely hill with a panoramic view that looks like it was ripped straight out of a postcard. You get all the beauty and tranquility of nature, while being blissfully removed from the noise and chaos of the city. It’s the perfect place to actually rest (and maybe post a few smug photos to make your friends jealous). Finally, let’s not forget the amazing staff. Friendly, approachable, and genuinely warm-hearted, they made us feel like VIPs from the moment we stepped inside. Need anything? They’re already three steps ahead. Bottom line: Brandgut is the ultimate escape—spotlessly clean, deliciously fed, wonderfully relaxed, perfectly located, and staffed by absolute legends. We’re already dreaming about our next stay (and maybe applying for permanent residency).

PolandEverything was really great, tasty food, large apartment, nice and peaceful surroundings. Very nice surprise was that we got a Sommer card with plenty of discounts and free entrances on cable cars, ships etc. (we saved a lot). We really recommend Brandgut and hopefully visit again :)

Czech Republic-one handle for towel in a bathroom (which was very small with no shelves) -no air condition in our room -shared balcony which was not mention when booked = zero privacy -no English menu at the restaurant, server did not speak English as well (but was super nice) -door handle in balcony was broken and it was almost impossible to close balcony door without noise
-amazing location in the middle of woods, very quiet but far away from any civilization -modern hotel with nice restaurant and garden (great breakfast, a bit overpriced dinner and drinks) -toiletries were amazing (you can buy soap, shampoo etc in the hotel) -dog friendly -good parking under roof

We enjoyed our stay during Christmas holidays, we had a nice room, everything worked, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinners, well equipped (ski room, etc). We will definitely come again.
