“The staff really tried to help us out when we got stranded with our car. Eventually they hid the access cards to our room in a secret location (which was very useful, because we did not know when we would be able to get there) and the communications we had, via booking.com messages, where prompt, clear, and friendly. The view from our room where truly amazing, it's a beautiful landscape with horses, and there were some clouds as well. We can imagine how these two would sometimes merge into "horses in the clouds" (the name of the place). The room was as clean and modern as we expected from the images. We enjoyed our stay and had some really nice mountain trips (walking) as well.”
