This is more of a suggestion: you could provide a kettle for tea/coffee in the room.

Excellent position just 2 minutes walk from the obelisk. Our room was very comfy and the mattress was perfect to sleep in. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of pastry and salty options. The Staff is very helpful and sweet!

Hotel has been remodeled, and they have spent a lot of money on the property. That being said, the plumbing is lacking in some way: two of the first rooms we were assigned to had a smell of sewer-gas in the bathroom and the plumbing was not up to par. The third room was finally acceptable, in a different section of the hotel (the annexe). It was tedious to transfer our baggage not just once, at check in, but twice more! The hotel staff were very accommodating, and very courteous. This was not their fault, but nevertheless, it detracted from the pleasure of our stay, also costing us valuable time and energy.

Very helpful staff. Fine breakfast. Fast elevators. Will stay again if plumbing problem is fixed. Good location, near the Obelisk and the Teatro Colon.

The rooms are a bit unfinished it feels like, the walls are empty and cold. The street outside was dark at night, the lamps were not on for some reason.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave nice tips and let us change our room into a much better one. The first room had no wifi range to the bedroom and a bad view towards the inner area.

Front entrance (with sliding door) sometimes do not work and the front desk staff had to press a button to open the door. Secondly, we were out until 1 in the morning and the front entrance was locked and no one was at the front desk to open the door to let us in. Check out time was too early 10 am versus 1100.

Bedroom with a separate living room and refrigerator was a plus. Loved the sink with two faucets especially the two rain shower heads in the shower. Concierge took care of our luggages while we were away since we got there early and was not given a room until 2pm. Location is close to shops and restaurants.

Old furniture and renovation of the rooms spoil the impression a little. I would also like a more varied breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near a pedestrian street with a large number of souvenir shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff, greeted well, helped with luggage and then always helped in all matters. The rooms are large, but old. Breakfast is average, but everyone will find something to eat.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful - no matter their different roles whether reception, room maid or the breakfast service - and sorting out problems unrelated to the hotel. Also the breakfast was excellant.

There was really low water pressure in the shower. You also had to wait 5 minutes with the water running in order for the hot water to come, and sometimes it wasn't even that hot. It also bucked in the shower and sinks when you turned on the hot water oftentimes. One time, on the first day it spit out brown water for a few seconds. I told the front desk about the water pressure and temperature issues. They said there's not much they can do about the temperature, it simply depends on the time of day, and for the pressure that they would send someone up to look at it, but they never did. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and lacking. The area was terrible, with homeless people sleeping directly outside the hotel entrance, as well as the surrounding streets. I learned that this is in the financial district and is generally to be avoided. Hardly any good restaurants or shops nearby, mostly street food joints, fast food and mini markets, with a few exceptions. The bed was uncomfortable because it had a deep groove in the middle, so definitely some new mattresses are needed. The hotel was also full of these little fruit fly type bugs, both in the room and in the breakfast area. They also never refilled the coffee and tea packets in the room. I would not recommend staying here, even though the price was good. Better to pay a bit more, or at least pay the same in another area outside the microcentro, as it's called.

The room size was very big, and the front desk staff gave us to the top floor, room 1007, which is the biggest in the hotel. Separate living room/kitchen, hallway, bathroom and bedroom was nice, so it was like living in a one bedroom apartment. The balcony was wide and had a decent view. The internet worked like a charm and for the most part, the staff was helpful and friendly.

The elevator was one of the smallest I ever encountered about 3ft by 4ft. Could only fit 2 people and 1 suitcase

Accommodating staff, breakast was great, The maid made a special effort to go down 5 floors to get us glasses, she was friendly and efficient in all she did.
