Lucas the owner is a very good English speaking person. He is a very helpful and friendly. Close to the centre and bus terminal and restaurants.

Very warm, clean room with a great shower! Comfortable bed too. The man who manages the property is incredible kind and helpful and English speaking too. Lots of parking and lovely brekkie too.

Lucas and the staff were so helpful during my trip and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. The room was perfect. Really clean and super warm.

This hotel is located uphill and a bit away from the main town center, where most restaurants and shops are, but it’s only a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is a good size, and the heating works well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The manager was very helpful, making the experience even better. I would happily stay here again.

Easy check-in, very friendly staff, good breakfast

Very thin walls that allowed you to hear children and adults 2 rooms over. Therefore, the rating of 'met expectations' due to low cost.

The front row is Cabana, very compact, with kitchen, private bathroom, living room, heater, sofa, refrigerator, super complete, second floor is bedroom, super clean. The back row is hotel, without kitchen, but more space for bedroom, more decoration and delicate. Two different type room for different customers, both are feel at home, especially Lucas, the owner, very kind and honest people, he give me greatest help before and after my tough trekking, this is the reason I love here

I'm really grateful to hotel owner Lucas for helping me, really nice and kind people, and good location, loft structure, super clean, perfect room…

It is in a nice location and has a nice space outside.

The facilities are old and broken. The kitchen is almost impossible to use as the stove is so high up, it is dangerous to light it up. The shower knob comes off and, toilet brush doesn’t have a bucket and the bathroom floods whenever you take a shower.

Good location to the town… a bit of a hill to climb

The room and bed are comfortable, friendly staff.

We didn’t have hot water for the shower for two nights and one night we’d been kept awake by a baby crying next door, the walls are very thin.

Location and the bedroom in the cabin is cute

They can improve the cleaning, the installations, example the bathroom that the shower was crashing when you move the hot water.
