This hotel is located uphill and a bit away from the main town center, where most restaurants and shops are, but it’s only a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is a good size, and the heating works well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The manager was very helpful, making the experience even better. I would happily stay here again.

Very thin walls that allowed you to hear children and adults 2 rooms over. Therefore, the rating of 'met expectations' due to low cost.

Everything is perfect

The front row is Cabana, very compact, with kitchen, private bathroom, living room, heater, sofa, refrigerator, super complete, second floor is bedroom, super clean. The back row is hotel, without kitchen, but more space for bedroom, more decoration and delicate. Two different type room for different customers, both are feel at home, especially Lucas, the owner, very kind and honest people, he give me greatest help before and after my tough trekking, this is the reason I love here

Kitchen was not very furnished (scottex, salt for example), the bedroom was hot and the window couldn't be opened.

Simple but very clean comfortable and quiet motel style room just a few minutes walk from the centre of town with all the restaurants and shops, and parking on site. Lucas was an excellent and friendly host, in touch with us before we even flew into El Calafate to arrange check in and the breakfast was good. Morrisons restaurant is at the street corner and a good place for dinner!

Spacious apartment with mezzanine level with double bed, good kitchen and facilities. It has a rustic feel which may not appeal to all travellers. Lucas was really friendly and communicated well throughout and has a lot of good advice about hiking around El Chalten.

Nothing, everything was great

Great staff, gave the website for tour excursions after booking room, arranged our airport car service, gave advice for food and offered restaurants close by if we wanted them. The room was clean, has a loft for bedroom, had everything we needed, small kitchen area with fridge, coffee kettle, microwave and toaster oven/stove top(we didn’t use), it was nice size place. Nice and cozy! Came with a nice friendly cat that kept trying to sneak in.
