Reviews of Lovely house in Luanda Centre

Property has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Clean, hot water, coffee machine, Washing machine, big fridge freezer. Building Looks run down from the outside, but the apartment is tops.

The Apartment is on the 3rd floor, with a manzamine floor in between, so 4 flights of Stairs need to be climbed. Only for those who are fit.

Francisco the friendly and helpful host was waiting with the keys before I arrived. He walked me through the property and showed everywhere and everything I needed. The property is large with 2 great size bedroom and bathrooms The property is very clean, equipped with AC & hot water. Loved the fact the room I was in had a clean bathroom and toilet. The place is secure with 3 different doors that has great locks.To top it up, there are security guards working 24/7 downstairs at main entrance door.

I would say the building. It looks really old and rugged, but once you are in the property you will forget how it looks from the outside

Everything was perfect

The propriety is a big apartment with 2 bedrooms, in a very ugly nasty-looking building. But surprise surprise, you get in the condo and it seems a completely different building for the undoubtedly better. One of the rooms is a suite with bathroom, with another bathroom in the corridor. The rooms are huge and the beds are confy. A/C in both rooms and living room with a good cooling capacity. The living room is also huge with a big chaise long, tv and a large table. The kitchen is big, with everything you need to cook and even wash you laundry. The owner also left some toiletries and the staff was very supportive.

In the 3rd floor (actually 4th) with no elevator. But I had the help of the staff bringing my bags upstairs, which was great. There is a huge bathtub in one of the toilets that is too big for the space. The address in booking.com (and the location of the room in the map) is not correct, so you should follow the staff’s instructions.

Great location and a fine way to live like a local. The host is exceptionally, have made my stay above and beyond expectations.

Comfortable with a local setting, large and spacious. There are stairs to climb.

This is a big apartment and had everything we needed, very convenient location and very clean. The Netflix on the tv was an added bonus. The building looks a bit old and run down but the apartment itself is very modern and the building security is great.

Rented for my wife to visit family while in LAD. I think the best part was the convenience and the amazing support of the owner. Denia is amazing and was very helpful and responsive to everything. Will stay again. I even shared the information with a colleague of mine.
