Brilliant hotel with wonderful staff! I felt very welcome and the staff make you feel at home. The room is big and spotless. A little balcony was very nice to relax after hiking. There is a bar and a restaurant attached to the hotel. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the center.

I think there are no bad things here because the quality control here is at a high level. The cleanliness of the rooms and linens in particular is at an excellent level.

Once again I visited this guesthouse, and everything was excellent as always: the food, the cleanliness, the service, the hospitality of the cafe, etc. I also noticed that many guests who have visited here maintain strong ties both with the guesthouse staff and with each other, as the atmosphere allows all vacationers to create good relationships with each other and maintain them for years. This hotel is a place where you can stay forever and work from here.

A very comfortable hotel located not far from the ski lift. If you prefer, you can even walk there, but I’d recommend taking a taxi—it’s extremely affordable for such a short distance. The room has everything you need to relax after an active day on the slopes. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. If you're planning a ski trip to Tsaghkadzor during peak season, this accommodation is simply perfect! Oh, and one more thing—the view from the windows includes a beautiful monastery, which looks especially stunning at night when it’s illuminated.

I think that this hotel is one of the few that has no flaws or they are not noticeable. At least I didn't notice any significant flaws that would affect the general impressions.

I visited this hotel one more time, stayed for a few days and was again convinced that everything here is of excellent quality. Especially the bar and restaurant shines with its cleanliness and good music. In the kitchen, I was offered a variety of dishes prepared by a professional chef. The delicious food was unique, the price was affordable. In the evening, I also had the opportunity to ride a bicycle, to do active sports, which is also one of the best offers of this hotel. "KareNo" hotel is one of the best hotels where you can rent a room for a long period and work remotely from here. The internet is high quality and fast. Once again, I thank the staff and recommend everyone to stay at this hotel at least once.

It's a pity that the days of my stay were short, it is possible to stay longer in this hotel, for example, several weeks. I can't remember any problems with this hotel.

It is one of the exceptionally cleanest places I have ever visited. The location is very convenient, the area is quiet, there are wonderful views from the window. The staff is very caring, always available. Rooms are comfortable, bright, clean, equipped with modern equipment. It is an affordable place for family or individual relaxation, and there is a cafe at the bottom of the building, where good music is always played. I recommend everyone to visit and I myself am going to spend the next weekend there again. Thanks to the owners of the hotel, two brothers and their mother, as well as the service staff for such a high quality service.

Everything is exceeds my expectations. It is excellent! what a lovely host we have. the cabin is owned by an armenian family they have prepared our dinner at a very reasonable price. location is excellent, adjacent to the ski ropeway. highly recommended-kareno hotel.

I stayed with my 2 teens for ski and everything was great : 15min by foot from slopes or 3min by taxi with Yandex go for less than 1$. Owners are very kind and property is very typical

The hotel is just walking distance to the Ropeway/ ski resort. And less than 15 minutes walk to the center. The hotel is perfectly clean and peaceful. The view outside is amazing. You can see the mountain covered with snow.The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The staffs are very helpful. They speak English well so it's not difficult to communicate..I will surely comeback to this hotel next time. Highly recommended 👌
