There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Same for the gym - it was really hot there.

Doctors and staff were super nice and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Best ever We travel a lot to many countries and stay in beautiful hotels however this one is my favourite so far It is new, beautiful, the people are amazing esp the guys at the restaurant and doctor Voskanyan, so kind and compassionate If you come to Armenia, go to Jermuk and stay in in this hotel. The staff in the restaurant are permanently miserable. I don't think they ever smile at anyone. They stand in little huddles, scowling at guests. The wifi was weak a lot of the time.

A nice hotel with a comfy room. The swimming pool and its view were amazing. The buffet had a good choice of food. The reception staff were helpful. I didn't use any of the spa treatments but was impressed at the choices.

To have a basic body massage, you needed to get a doctor's note (onsite doctor) - which wasn't too painful, but still required extra effort.

I liked absolutely everything. Hotel itself is amazing: beautiful interior, cozy and comfortable rooms, everything is clean. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, ready to help. Room cleaning was exceptional: the bed was changed every two days, and towels were changed daily. Location is perfect - in quiet place facing to the mountains, river and close to the waterfall. The food is varied. All staff in restaurant are very nice. I want to mention Ara in particular - he was very friendly and made us the best coffee. Treatments were good and we didn't expect that so many of it was included in the room rate. Thank you to all ladies and guys in health center, they were very professional. It was one of the best vacations for me. Love everything and looking forward to coming back!

Amazing room with daily cleaning service, great accommodating staff, delicious food 3 times a day, a lot of spaces for relaxation and recreation, and even though I wasn't there for procedures, some of them were very nice. Extra points for great pool and sauna.

We have always appreciated the high level of medical treatment, hospitality, and readiness to assist at this sanatorium. Special thanks to Ani for her expertise in physiotherapy procedures. However, our experience during the last two days of our stay was significantly marred by the behavior of some local guests. Their loud and disruptive conduct in the hotel corridors at night, combined with inappropriate activities, prevented us from sleeping. When we raised the issue with the staff, we were advised to contact security. The following night, we followed this advice, but the security personnel’s response was limited to knocking on the door without further action. This was particularly disappointing, as our previous visits had left us with a very positive impression of the service. We believe that a sanatorium catering to families and those seeking restful treatment should maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. It was disheartening to feel that our concerns were not adequately addressed. We hope that management will take steps to ensure a more consistent and comfortable experience for everyone in the future.

Everything was really good.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable rooms with fantastic view to the mountains,trees and running river. Staff is very friendly,nurses know everyone by names which is very cute. Nice location and facilities. Spa area with amazing view. Room with table games also very cozy.

wonderful, always heplful and taking the extra mile staff, including the waiters, reception, cleaning & spa colleagues. they helped us out from the most extreme situations that guests rarely have, with outstanding professionalism. Hayk, the masseur was definitely one of my favourite! facilities, food & the athmosphere in general are superb. will definitely return soon!

Great location - the hotel is facing the canyon, the views are fantastic, especially from the pool area. It was great to have two adjacent rooms (comfy, with well supplied bathrooms - toiletries, dental kits etc.), it really helps when travelling with the kids. Good food at the restaurant, good selection of medical procedures. Money well spent, will definitely be back.
