The place is clean, cozy, and in a beautiful, quiet location. The owners are warm-hearted and truly caring. We would definitely love to come back! Thank you for everything!

If you like a beautiful, unique and familiar feeling HinYard is the right place for you. Tigran and his Team are very caring. The food is so fresh and tasty, it‘s made with love. The Garden is lush, full of cherry, pear and apricot trees. Don‘t compare it to a classic 4 Star Hotel, as it’s much more personal. Due to the limited wifi signal and no Tv in the bedroom, it is the perfect place to let go and reset. you will be very happy there.

Amazing stay in a colourful and peaceful place where you can wake up with the birds singing. You can reach the best points of interest in Garni and its surroundings easily. Great breakfast menu and kind staff.

We had a truly wonderful day here! The host was incredibly hospitable and kind — a deeply spiritual person who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We celebrated our son's birthday in this peaceful and light-filled environment, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was calm, cozy, and beautifully arranged, creating the ideal setting for a special family gathering. We are truly grateful for the experience and would love to come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Garni Hinyard! The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming, and the hospitality was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The highlight of my experience was the amazing local food they served—authentic and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Garni

Has two entrances: back entrance for cars and close to the house, and the main entrance from the main road side, with a beautiful garden to walk through. The place is comfortable for a good restful night, when especially having exhausting tours near Garni. If the sky is not cloudy, you can also do stargazing from the balcony.

The water takes some time to warm up, so be patient when taking a shower. No ACs in the rooms, opening balcony doors or windows, lead to mosquitoes coming inside.

The place and the view

The only thing that is missing was air conditioner in separate rooms.

A very nice country house with tastefully and lovingly furnished rooms. Ours had a balcony with a view of the spacious garden. Although we were the only guests at the time, Anna prepared a sumptuous and delicious breakfast for us every morning, as if she were catering for a team :-) Anna's husband was very helpful and he spontaneously organised a night visit to the Byurakan Observatory for us within a few minutes. 1.5 hours later we were already looking up at the night sky :-) We can only recommend the Hin Yard. And not forgetting the two lovely dogs :-)

Next time we hope to be able to enjoy Anna's dinner too.

Everything was perfect! very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, the host and her family are friendly people, the property has the feel of a home of your granny)) the food is delicious, the breakfast was super good! and the restaurant - you don't feel like in the restaurant you feel at home. I recommend this place 100%! it was my first time there, I hope I'll return in the Summer.

Homely atmosphere.. welcoming host and great food.. and above all marvelous interiors that connects us to the Armenian history..

very refreshing and relaxing atmosphere with a high quality construction. when I first entered the gate I was amazed by all the fruit trees they have and well looked after lawn. the food was of the highest quality and made with the most care, along with their homemade fruit juice which was my favourite drink of the trip and have never tasted anything so nice before. we were allowed to pick fresh plums and apples which were very tasty throughout our stay, I’ve never seen so many apples on one tree before.

this hotel is like a house with a beautiful garden with swimming pool, we stayed one night and also had dinner. the rooms are simple but comfortable, it is a very welcoming and hospitable family management. they have excellent apricot brandy!

Great location for exploring Garni and Gerhard. Lovely house, rooms and gardens.

Would be nice to have some water in the rooms and some local or organic cosmetics.

We just loved everything about it!! The best friendly host, the best food, the best location.. travelling the whole Aremenia.. this was the best part of our travel. I would recommend it a million times!! We never felt like being in a hotel.. it was like staying at your best friend's house. They make you feel so comfortable and feel like family. Very helpful, always at your service. They are the most amazing charming people we ever met. The house itself was magnificent, spectacular location. They have 2 lovely, caring dogs.. our daughter loved them and enjoyed playing with them. She loved the host so much.. that she never wanted to leave. The homely traditional food, I have no words to express.. just fantastic. If we get a chance, we sure will visit many more times. We really miss them now.. your best Armenian travel memory was spending time with them.
