Walking distance to Lake Sevan (5 minutes) and the city (15-20 minutes). Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were also nice. Spacious room with view of the lake and the property has a little petting zoo with the animals running free on as well. It’s quiet even though it’s along the highway.

The property was good. Bunnies roam the property and we’re very cute. Lots of animals to look at and they are well taken care of. The overall property was very clean and well taken care off. With small outdoor bungalows which they served food at. Overall the property was amazing and filled with lovely animals. The staff is amazing and sweet, they work very hard. Every meal was great and the customer service was a 10/10!!

Extraordinary friendly workers of the hotel (especially Gaya). Good breakfast included.

It was cold at night (around 10C at night) and it really cold also inside. Luckily extra blanket was included.

The hosting lady was very welcoming and kind, we liked this approach. A delicious breakfast was served in the morning.

The heating in the room was off and could not be turned on. The room was therefore very cold. Also, the regulation of water temperature in the bathroom was very complicated and sometimes we had to wait for warm water extremely long. The shower is in the middle of the bathroom with no dedicated place, right above the toilet. This means the floor in the bathroom is completely wet when you need to use the bathroom after shower. Anyway, we stayed just one night and for the money we paid it was still a good value.

The hotel is close to the shore of Lake Sevan. A lovely room with an internal staircase. There are two separate beds on the lower floor, and a bedroom on the second floor. There is a table and chairs for eating inside. The place is modernly furnished, clean and spacious. There is enough hot water with good pressure. The hosts are very kind and ready to help. The breakfast did not disappoint us either. It was delicious and completely sufficient. There were eggs, sausages, yellow cheese, mulberry and apricot jam and traditional Armenian bread.

An exceptionally comfortable hotel room beside lake Sevan! There is under floor heating, a heated towels rail, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc, and a fridge. A real bonus were the windows in the room: There were two. You can see the sun rise from one and the sun set from the other. You can also see lake Sevan from one of the windows. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly and helpful lady. Near the hotel is a bridge where you can cross the highway and walk across a field and enter the town through an archway to drink coffee and tea at the teahouse and buy fruit and anything else you need in the town.
