GermanyUnfortunately the communication was bad. When I booked the place, I messaged them that we don't have an armenien simcard and are not reachable while being on the road. We fixed an arrival time (per WhatsApp call) for the keys, and I also sent the time as a message per booking and WhatsApp. But we waited a long time till a woman from another hotel called them for us. Apparently they were waiting for our call. Also the guy who gave us the key just opened quickly the door and just took the money and left without giving us any further information. And the water in the shower was cold.
The location was great and the apartment was well equipped.

Switzerland...but they just don't take care about the apartment. The dishes where muddy; the floor was dirty; the water is hot for maybe 5 minutes and after that, it gets cold; the toilet flush is broken, the toilet brush is gross!... So if they want to become better: Start to take care about!
The apartment would be pretty cool - almost new, a lot of space, pretty well equiped, the heating was warm, there are more blankets, the internet is great...

Serbia1. It could be cleaner. There was some debris in the bath and on the floor. 2. The host switched on the boiler but it worked only for some hours. In the morning we woke up in a freezing cold apartment and needed to boil water in a kettle just to wash our hands. 3. We ask the host what is wi-fi password and he told that "it's written somewhere inside the apartment". We checked everything but we couldn't find it. 4. The telephone number here and the one that they send you doesn't refer to this apartment only, actually it's an agency in Yerevan. When we wanted to check out, I spent one hour calling to their number trying just to get the info where to leave the key.
The apartment is huge, it has a lot of natural light. Well equiped kitchen. Very good location, just near two shops and a restaurant.

United KingdomThe staff were the only thing that let this place down. Rude and inefficient. Receiving ‘???’ as a response to a query about check-in four hours later. Being told I have to call one hour before arrival then not answering their phone. The man that came to meet us was rude and unhelpful when we couldn’t find the property, he was more interested in smoking a cigarette than helping us. It’s a real shame more effort wasn’t put it because the property itself was lovely

SpainFirst the manager showed up late for the check in and when he arrived we discovered that the room wasn’t yet ready. Therefore we had to wait for 40 mins before we could get inside. There was no hot water and the washing machine was not working. When contacting the manager he would either not pick up or hang up the calls. Communication is absent which made the stay very frustrating and unpleasant. The bedsheets are small so they kept coming off the bed. Towels are tiny. The bathroom was dirty and had balls of hair and pee on the toilet cover! In 2 months travelling it was the worst stay and to top it off it was not cheap.
It is quite spacious, however it is probably just half the size (45m2) that was mentioned in the listing (90m2). The location is nice.

CanadaThere isn’t anything I didn’t like. We only had a slight problem with the water heater when I was in the shower the water suddenly got cold. But we were able to fix it after restarting it. And there was a slight confusion at the beginning on how to find the exact location and get the key from the company. But once we were in the room everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay very much.
The accommodation was very spacious. There was a large bedroom with a very large and comfortable bed. There was also a living space with a large dining table, couches, coffee tables and a tv and a kitchen. The location was excellent and the sheets were clean and it was good value for money. And also the employee was kind and understanding.

United KingdomI'd advise getting the WiFi password off of the landlord so you can contact him when you arrive if your phone is like mine doesn't work in Armenia. Just to clear up one of the complaints I've read about no hot water in the property.... It runs off of a very straightforward to use boiler which simply needs manually adjusting for both hot water and room heating.
Great value for money, bed and sofas are comfortable, the place is very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
