Amazing place and amazing staff

It was the perfect vacation for my family. The view was exceptional, the food was surprisingly very fresh and yummy, the staff were very friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay at Comuna Sevan! The amenities were very modern, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They spoke multiple languages, and their English was so fluent that it really put us at ease right away. Our tent was super luxurious and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for our stay. The staff checked in on us several times and were incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. The hot water in the shower was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. On top of all that, the setting is truly picturesque and beautiful, the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature in comfort. We highly recommend Comuna Sevan for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay!

Great place for a day or a few days to escape from your rushed life. The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

The hotel was amazing, we spend two days in very relax mood, it was like haven place, the staff was very helpful specially, Mr., Newark really he is very nice guy every time asking us if we need any help. The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. Note: There is restaurant in the same hotel providing very nice food like pasta and others with cheap prices. Thanks Alots Osama Abdu

Thanks for incredible weekend! Awesome nature, comfortable pool and all facilities. The place is well organised, the stay was comfortable and staff was very friendly. The caravan inside was clean and towels provided.

We had the sweetest getaway at Comuna Sevan Resort. The lake view was magical — mornings with coffee, evenings with wine, and sunsets that felt like a dream. Huge thanks to Davit, Narek, and the great staff for making our stay so warm and special. Can’t wait to be back. ❤️

it is a nice place in the shore of the lake, with swimming pool, bar, restaurant... good for relaxing and enjoy the lake. The people in the reception and management staff very kind and helpful, as well as in the pool bar.

the tents are close to each other and if the people are noisy, it is not so peaceful. The people in the restaurant no so kind, just correct. It is quite remote from the more popular Sevan. For this reason, you need a car.

Spacious, had working air conditioning and WiFi on the first floor of the cottage we stayed in, the pool area and restaurant were great. The staff was welcoming.

We were told it was cash only for the room upon arrival and we hadn't been prepared for that. Luckily we had enough to cover it. My biggest concern was the safety of the cottage we stayed in as the stairs didn't have a railing to protect from falling as well as the bedrooms that had doors that open wide from the second story with no railing or screen to deter a fall. This was especially concerning since we went with kids.

I didn’t like anything about my experience because they canceled my reservation on the day of check-in. They apologized, claiming it was due to a human error and promised a better alternative—which turned out to be untrue.

I can’t rate the room or the location, but I can share my experience with the booking and the service provided by Narek (the manager) over the phone. Here’s the full story: Three months ago, I booked two glamping units for four nights via Booking.com. I immediately messaged the property to confirm my reservation and that I had indeed reserved two units. They confirmed — great! Fast forward to July 21st, I received a message from Narek, who informed me that due to an error, my reservation was being canceled. Can you imagine my frustration? Probably not. I had flown in from the U.S., driven from Tbilisi, and received this message while driving through Armenia’s winding roads. I called the manager, who assured me he would arrange a better property within 20 minutes of Communa Sevan. When I asked if the property had a beach, he said yes — just a 3–4 minute walk. I reluctantly agreed to these “better” conditions and hung up. When we arrived at the property at around 10:30 PM, we discovered it was secluded, nowhere near the water, and 50 minutes away from Communa. I called Narek immediately and told him this was not a better location — it was worse! Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay there for the night as I had nowhere else to go. The next morning, I spoke with the property owner and learned that Narek had even tried to profit off me by referring me there. The end result? I was screwed over twice, and my family vacation was ruined.

Could of had more vegan options and kitchen staff could have understood this a little bit more

The staff is super friendly; the chef cooking on site is top notch ; the view of the lake from the cabin is wow!!
