-The outdoor pool was absolutely dirty, the water was muddy and not heated as it's mentioned before - The restaurant was not working, and card payment was not accepted, which made it inconvenient to get some coffee

The reception staff was polite and quite helpful. The location is rather secure. The room was clean and neat.

First room had a strong smell from a wet carpet; the second was worse, but with a toddler I couldn’t keep changing. Bedsheets had makeup stains, and the bathroom drain didn’t work properly, risking overflow from the bathtub. Overall, far below basic cleanliness and comfort standards.

The only downside was that the water in the bathroom didn’t drain properly, and after showering, the entire bathroom was wet.

The room was big, clean, very beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, large variety and tasty.

The window was small. The breakfast was very simple but good enough.

The room is ordinary but clean enough. Good view of the ropeway and forest. Some simple gym facilities.

Although there was a kettle in the room, there was no tea or coffee supplied in the room. There was also no bottled water in the room. The breakfast was a bit meagre and the bar wasn't open at all for our entire stay. Our room wasn't cleaned for the entire stay (4 days). The room was far too warm at night, even with the air con unit turned off. We had to keep opening the balcony door to let in the cold air. It was clear that the management had just changed (when I booked it was a Stella Hotel) and it felt like the staff didn't really know what was going on although they did try to be helpful. Hopefully it will improve as I think the change had only just happened prior to my stay.

Comfortable hotel very close to the ropeway. The rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable. Our room had a lovely balcony that looked across to the pool. The shower was good. Very close to The Craftsmen which is a lovely restaurant.

The hotel is located on uphill, it is near the ski slopes, but it is impossible to walk by ski boots, you need a car or taxi.

The room is clean and big. There are small refrigerator and small kitchen. A beatiful yard. There are some parking spaces wothout roof, in front of the building. You can use dry and wet sauna with previous reservation and free of charge. It is located near the ski slopes, you can walk but not by ski boots.

The rooms are not sound proof. There is a huge gap between the door and floor hence we can hear all the noise from the outside. Breakfast food was so limited. The water is over flowing from the shower area.

It’s only 5 mins walk to Rope Way and we live the view from the balcony.

The WiFi was a bit slow.

The hotel was clean, and near to the ski resort, the view from our room was nice, and you can book the sauna for an hour. I totally recommend this hotel.

The salt room was not working and the hamam had a musty odor.

Good location 10 minutes to the ski lift, 5 minutes to the best restaurant, 20 minutes to the center.

No Bidet in the toilet and limited selection of breakfast buffet.

…Except the staircase going to hotel is a bit tiring and also there’s no lights to support at night to see the steps and it’s wooden There’s no bidet in the toilet!!!

Everything was perfect! Cleanliness, especially the receptionist was very polite and the location for ski. Definitely I will come back.

The staff are very helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location very near to ski resort.

Restaurant and Room service was not available. But restaurants were available near by. The rooms were warmer,m even though it was winter. Since the AC was set to heat we had to leave the windows open for some coolness. otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Dont make room on daily basis which is negative , breakfast options were very limited , they have good setup for Bar which was not operational and infact no option of lunch and dinner within Hotel.

We were expecting a buffet breakfast as indicated in our hotel reservation. However, we were given a plated meal in which the portion is really small for a group of 6 and not much choices were given.

The view of the room is splendid!
