We only struggled with the restaurant, the staff were overwhelmed and not friendly. We eventually couldn't eat there since it was too busy. Too bad.

The location is great, the view on the lake and the rooms were perfect. The rooms were clean. A foot step away from the water of the Lake.

I liked this place when it used to be called Lavash hotel, but now I don’t know why it was not as good as it used to be before. The price for rooms are good more or less, but the restaurant quality is very low and not clean. It was not possible to have breakfast because of flies over the food. I would rate cleanliness very low.

I chose the room without balcony and it was a mistake. Choose rooms with balcony so that you can hang your wet swim suits and have some privacy.

The location is very good-i wish we could stay more. The facility has a private beach, restaurant and stylish rooms. It was clean.

I'd ask the hotel staff to pay attention to the breakfast which was plane. The buffet wasn't refreshed when the food had long time gone.

The stay was very nice, nice room with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. And it was close to the clean beach. The staff was nice.

Bathroom facilities were a bit cramped, no window. Some waiters in restaurant were really pleasant and friendly, however others didn't smile at all and didn't engage. Beds were slightly hard. Lack of juice at breakfast and, apart from one day, no water readily available to pour! Also breakfast was from 9 to 11 which was a bit late.

Good small beaches where you can swim, with lovely views. Boat trips are possible on a small boat. Cosy and cute cottages to stay in. Nice mix of couples, families, young and old.

Very cool location, with the best staff and service. Clean environment and delicious breakfast. Everyone is friendly and smiling. It's definitely worth staying here, we will definitely visit again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. At 10:30 pm we decided that we are hungry lol and went to order some food, the kitchen was closed for the day. But they brought some bread and cheese for us :)

Must come prepared for cooler evenings. Although taxis are a phone call away, I would like to have group transportation provided to local areas for shopping for necessities.

Beautiful location on the shore of the lake with emphasis on preservation of the natural environment. Super sweet and helpful staff. Excellent food. Clean and comfortable bedding.

The food was okay. While they keep it clean, there were flies all over.

The property is insane. So beautiful. The beach access, the outdoors is amazing. I wish I stayed one more night. I swam in the lake in 8°C and was one of the nest experiences. The rooms are simple nothing fancy.

Breakfast was rather poor..no basic stuff like milk,cereals, ham, most of it just sweet yoghurt.. Restaurant is nice but staff is a bit chaotic. So many waiters and we still had to wait for so long... Another thing are cats-please spay them..there are so many begging for food..take care of them when you have them there..

Loved the concept and the atmosphere of this hotel. Simple, yet so nice with such beautiful lake views❤️ rooms are nice and clean (just beware of the spiders :) )

The guys at the reception were not very welcoming, gave us the key and said nothing welcoming. They seemed grumpy. Also, the fact that the coffee (or just simple espresso) is not a part of the breakfast and when I asked for a coffee, it took 4 different waiters to bring it to me, as they always forgot about it... This was a disappointment as it took 30 minutes to get coffee.

The location is simply the best, with its own sandy beach and restaurant. We also really liked the room and all the decorations and the terrace with a view to the Sevan lake, where we had some wine. The waiter in the restaurant in the evening was very polite and the Sevan trout was great. We slept like babies. Breakfast were tasty.

Room which i booked was not the one provided to us. I booked for lake facing however given accommodation was partially facing to lake. Also accommodation was for 2 person though booking was for 2 adults and 1 child. When explained such details to hotel staff they provided one set of pillows and bed lined and direct to use one camp bed kept inside room. That camp bed was not usable unfortunately. Apart from these everything were good.

Owner is an amazing man. Find him and strike a conversation with him. Our car broke down and he made sure staff helped us to locate a garage and fix it. Staff are very friendly and the chef made a great dinner for us

There weren't enough blankets in the room for three people, but they quickly gave us more.

The place is beautiful, right next to the water, with a beautiful view and a beautiful sunset. We came with our family to spend the weekend and enjoy the sun by swimming, but unfortunately the weather changed and it was very cold. We had to stay in the apartment and the host was very helpful in offering more blankets.
