Extremely calm and peaceful area. The room was great and clean, exactly as it appears on the photos. Facility itself is very very clean and nice. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. I didn’t like that there was no handheld bidet, as I prefer having one in hotel bathrooms.

I loved the location—it’s close to the waterfalls, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Wifi was intermittent, particularly on balcony.

Huge room with even bigger balcony (4th floor). Bed was comfortable and shower powerful. Excellent value for money in good location in Jermuk.

Nothing really, my family and I enjoyed!

The guy who checked us in was super nice, I had a buffet for myself and wanted to pay, but he just waved me away and said all good. The rooms are massive, I normally stay at Marriott properties and was a bit apprehensive, but the room was humongous. I have two kids and they had enough space to run around inside the room! It’s right in the centre and walking distance from the waterfall too. No thermal spa, only downside.

I was informed there that there are 2 bulidings of Armenia Hotel. The hotel location in booking app was first building’s address but I was stayed in second. Two building are not far from each other (3-5 minutes walk)

1. One notable issue was the firmness of the mattresses. While some guests may prefer a harder sleeping surface, my family and I found it uncomfortable as we generally prefer a softer mattress. This may be something for future guests to consider if they have specific preferences regarding mattress firmness. 2. The restricted dining hours. Despite booking an all-inclusive package, there was only a one-hour window for each meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This limited timeframe could be inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer a more flexible dining schedule. 3. The hotel's dining arrangements left something to be desired. Rather than having an open buffet, the food was placed on a designated table chosen by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, the table they selected for us was situated next to a wall, far from any windows, even though other tables were available. When we requested a table closer to the window, our request was denied. 4. There was an issue with the housekeeping service. Despite it being 5 p.m., no staff members were available to clean our room as they only worked in the morning.

1. There were several positive aspects that stood out during my stay. First and foremost, the hotel staff exhibited exceptional hospitality. They proactively communicated with us prior to our arrival, inquiring about our check-in time and even our dining preferences. Despite our late arrival, they went above and beyond by leaving dinner for us in our rooms since the restaurant was closed. This gesture was truly appreciated and showcased their attentiveness to guest needs. 2. The hotel's location was another highlight. Situated in a picturesque setting. 3. The spacious rooms. They were impressively large. 4. The hotel staff, in general, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. 5. The presence of a balcony in each room, offering stunning mountain views.
