We booked it because of the pool, but the pool wasn't open. It's also rather small compared to the picture. Location is close to the airport, so not many restaurants etc in the close proximity.

The cottages could have been better sign posted as it was a little difficult to find.

The cottage was 30 seconds from the beautiful lake shore. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. The staff could not have been more helpful. It house was beautifully warm.

It was a great place to stay near the airport. The staff was very helpful and talked to the taxi driver to help with directions. Breakfast was ready before we had to leave even though it was very early. Thank you very much

The hotel rooms are on the 3rd floor without elevator

Accommodation is adequate . We got an apartment with a large bedroom and sitting room with all amenities. Breakfast was included- there s a nice garden next to where breakfast is served

Great place, as always! We've been there for 20 days and every of them was peaceful and quiet. The owner, as always, is very respectful and charming. The mistress, as always, is quite positive and helpful. The view and the local cats are great too! Great place, as always. Good job, Gevorg & Aiqush! We'll totally visit this place once more!

The facility needs renovation inside and outside. The room was quite noisy. The pricing for extra services (dinner, coffee) is rather high. The Owner is strict and uncompromisingly.

Just a bit of road noise, but not too bad.

There's just one issue for some ppl.. the place is located far, far from center of the city, so if you want to see the gorgeous Cascade or go to fine dining, you'll need to take taxi for this. But for us, personally.. We knew where we were headed to.. to place where the real experience of the city begins to us. Locals far from center are so, so curious about you and so, so friendly to outsiders. We had a lot of good connections for that little period of time.

Well, for starters.. It's a very quiet and peaceful place, located not so far from the airport. The owner & his employees are respectful at any way and they are willing to help all the time! And service of stuff is very very personal.. just be open about yourself to them and you will be surprised how much will it improves your experience!

This "hotel" requires A LOT of stairs to navigate, which is noteworthy when you have luggage. It's also not clearly sign-posted, which led to my climbing up and down those stairs trying to find reception. When I mentioned that to the owner, he just shrugged and remarked it's a small hotel. Also, there's no restaurant even though that's part of the name.

If you're looking for a retro, Soviet-era experience -- complete with austere rooms and a yelling proprietor -- then this is the experience for you. If you're looking for the green haven in pictures, it doesn't exist.

Excellent hotel, with a very nice owner, Gevorg. He was very helpful, always around, and gave the bet service. Room (deluxe) was very comfortable, clean, with everything that you need, and a beautiful view over the mountain of Ararat from the window. Breakfast was really great: always fresh, different every day, and so much food that would be enough for full day. If you want, Gevorg would cook for you very good food any time for a very affordable price. There is transfer from/to the airport if you need, with an affordable price. Hotel has a very nice court, with a pool and resting area. Staying to this hotel is an enjoyable experience, feeling more like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Gevorg! We'll come back to stay at your hotel every time we come to Yerevan.

Awesome friendly staff, picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night. The location is great, and the room was clean.

Only cash payments in AMD. The strong smell of paint in the hallway and rooms. The towel is like a floor rag in terms of cleanliness. Happily, we don't need to sleep there, only put our stuff for half a day.
