There's not anything negative I can say, other than maybe a floor towel in front of the shower would be helpful, and maybe some extra pillows (although if I stayed longer, im sure i could ask the staff and they would do anything to help).This place is fairly new, so I hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness, clean white linens is important (which they had) and continue to maintain the current standards. Would love to visit again.

Excellent location, so serene, the shore of the lake is very swimmable and the beach lounge chairs make for a relaxing swim day. Bar right on the beach for drinks, and you can order dinner right to your porch overlooking the beach. The staff was readily available at any moment to take orders or to help. In the morning, a hearty breakfast is served on your porch. Didn't want to leave! nstant relaxation. A short 8 min ride to the monastery and the main strip for market and fun vibes, and we caught a boat ride back right to our shore!

No curtains on top half of windows meant room got very bright very early. Otherwise, can't fault it.

Stunning location right on the shore of Lake Sevan. Staff were very friendly and helpful in any queries we had. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Dinner (ordered at the bar, eaten outside room) was tasty and good value.

The property is brand new and is well-equipped. It is very close to the Sevan lake that you can even see from the accommodation. The place is also very calm which is good to relax.

There is nothing not to like - however, currently, they are working on power back-up and getting a restaurant/kitchen going on the property - so just need to be patient if placing a food order or if the power is cut off due to any issue

All Seasons – Sevan surprised us every bit. The view is pristine; the resort is neat and tidy. The staff is warm and always with a smile. 🥰 The accommodation itself is very cozy and welcoming with ample number of heaters in the rooms for the cold, 24 hours hot water and with the staff always around to help. The place is laid back and slow and away from the hustle bustle of the city life and reflects every bit in the town – remember to have your google translate going because you will need it- as we met only 1-2 people( other than at the airport) who speak English. Albert the man who runs the show is always available on the phone and helps you with everything needed. He even helped us get cabs too when we wanted to go around. 🙂 If you are an animal lover – look out for the two lovely friendly and cuddle-loving dogs with their pups. They love their treats, so make sure you have some scraps for them too 😍

A small oasis of peace, comfort and tranquility, for those who want privacy and family vacation. Cozy houses with everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, it is better to stock up on food and drinks in advance, there are no shops within walking distance.

The location is great, right in from of the lake, the only problem is the road to reach the hotel, but it’s worth it. The staff is very helpful, they have a contact of a restaurant that delivers food. The view is very nice. There’s nothing around , so if you need anything you need to have a car or call a taxi.

The cabin was beautiful, clean and warm. It was equipped with everything we needed. Albert, the manager, and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. As there was no restaurant on site, they made sure we were able to order delicious food from a nearby restaurant. Our 6 year old daughter also loved the playground, beach and swings.

The place is overall really great! But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.

It would be nice to have more clarity about the policies, as we didn't get any clear information regarding wifi from a person who greeted us on our arrival. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The place is very well organised and you have stunning views of Lake Sevan. We just stayed one night so difficult to rate all features of this place but we were very satisfied with our choice. The guesthouse for 4 people was clean and warm featuring a French window overlooking the lake, it had everything we needed. There was an option to order breakfast which we didn't use.

There is no wifi and bed mattress are really firm for our taste. It is accessible only with car or taxi.

Houses are very pretty, as well as the common area of the complex. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
