Amazing host!! The loveliest, most helpful guy ever! His parents also were super lovely. All were very helpful and answered any questions. Even on WhatsApp. Went out their way to help and support and make our stay easy and enjoyable. Went above and beyond. Free water filtered in rooms. Kettle, mugs, fridge, hairdryer in room. Huge rooms, so clean. Very comfy beds - the best pillows! Location was excellent. Very safe. Fast Wi-Fi. Washing line. Super clean. Big bathrooms.

The smell of smoke inside was a bit overwhelming and the barking dogs throughout the night (even with the sound machine going) made it a little difficult to get great sleep. Otherwise, absolutely amazing and you can’t beat the price!

We stayed in the room where there are 2 bunk beds and had it to ourself. It was incredibly clean and comfortable! We appreciated the water and kettle in the room!! The bathroom is shared but was always clean. Great walking distance to town and we loved the little table and chairs in the “courtyard” to enjoy the mornings.

The shower floor was wet a lot of times, maybe you can use a squeegee after cleaning? The outside area had bird shit and smelled like that.

There where not a lot of guests. Fridge inside the room. The staff gave me fresh vigs one day and was very helpfull. The bed was great. Airconditioning worked perfectly. Enjoyed this stay :)

The guesthouse is tucked away on a steep slope. Dragging suitcases up the cobblestone road can be quite physically demanding, but hey! That's the beauty and charm of Berat.

Guesthouse is located at a place where the old town meets the new town. Clean room, comfy beds, no curtains, but some privacy is maintained through the design of the bunk beds. Drinking water provided in the room. The owners don't seem to speak much English but are kind and accommodating.

this is not a negative negative....but maybe a kettle and few non- brakeable cups for making tea or cooffee...we backpackers mostly carry our own cay or kava...and microwave too...for making simple dishes....

very cosy and comfy hostel rooms BEDSBONTIQUECOMFORT..bijue and compact..lovey layout of the bunks with plenty spaces for odss and sods stuff...supermarket very close, ashame no kitchen thou cause after 2days you need make tea or small dishes foods....nice balcony area even if small, its good...FALEMINDERIT PAVLOS AND FRANCI< especially the shots raki,=gezuar.....pershendejte pavlos i will miss your hot water tea from tap....

Everything was perfect!

The best hostel I’ve ever been to! Very clean rooms and bathrooms, amazing breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace… the place is cozy and peaceful, you can really rest here. Close to the centre and bus stop, grocery shop is also just few minutes away. Staying here was a pleasure:-)

Maybe breakfast could be self serve to minimise food waste. I felt the 2nd bathroom was not kept to the same standard as main guest bathroom.

Very friendly staff😊 Great location in Berat. Comfy beds and fridge in the room. I think the steps up to the top bunks are a great idea. Beautiful courtyard and view. Quiet at night.
