A very nice and new apartment, located close to the center of Ksamil and not so far from some of Ksamil Beaches. We had everything we needed for a 10-days stay. And if we were missing something, the very nice owners were kindly offered us what we needed. Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every 3 days. Bed linen are changed every 4-5 days. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook a simple menu if necessary. The vitroceramic hob was a bit slow, but in the end we managed with the help of the kettle. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Something not related to the accommodation: very crowded beaches, very, very cramped sunbeds, in the coastal area the roads are very crowded and there aren't many parking spaces. The prices are quite high for Albania.

First of all, having breakfast at the table in the garden in front of our room was a wonderful feeling. There was also a television with apps like YouTube and Netflix. We never felt bored during our time in our room.

Ronaldo and family are great hosts, very friendly and always ready to help. They will do everything they can so your stay is pleasant. We had a good equipped apartment (iron, fridge, stove, dishes, wash machine) with private parking. Location was central, you could walk to the town or beaches.

I don’t have much to say that I didn’t like. The only thing I can think of is that the payment is only via cash or bank transfer, so, not credit card.

The place was great. It is located close to the center and at the same time it is in a quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful yard and covered parking for the car. The hosts are extremely responsive. The room was very clean with everything you need!

Only WiFi could be better

The lady who takes care and welcomes you at the apartments is the real star. Everything was clean well organised to be honest i had little expectations because of the very good price they rent the apartments but one the best places i have visited in Ksamil depending on their availability from now on is the place to go for me and my family. Very good location walking distance from everything in ksamil beach restaurants markets what gives you the opportunity to not use the car and avoid ksamil traffic. 10/10 on everything.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was so clean with everything you needed. The bed was so comfortable and quiet at night. The beach was close and you have so many places to eat nearby. We will definitely come again.

It was very clean, they cleaned every day. Overall it was an excellent apartment.

It was the best stay in Albania. The compound itself is nice, clean and taken care of. There is space, grass and the amnesties were plentiful. The room was big and comfortable, with pretty much all you need.

It's a really nice place to stay at. Close to Ksamil's centre, beach, shops and restaurants. The room is very nice and clean. The garden is beautiful and a good place to relax. The owners are kind and helpful!

Lovely, clean rooms with everything we needed for our stay. Our host was friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Our only issue was that we didn't get a great sleep as the curtains were thin and let in all the sunlight in the morning. But if you take a sleeping mask, you'll be fine.

Host was very helpful and service minded. The garden outside is amazing, especially if you have kids. No traffic outside and very calm area. Its very close to central so only few minutes walk to stores, restaurants and beaches. The apartments itself is fully renovated, everything is clean and comfortable. You even get a washing machine, which is greatly appreciate if youre a family with kids. Overall for us it was 10/10 and we will definitely book same next time.

The owners are really nice, the apartments are amazing, they had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, the garden is beautiful. Also free parking space is a plus. Even though we heard music from the beach clubs outside, it was quiet in the apartment.

Everything that was written in the Booking were the same and I liked 👍 ❤️ Ronaldo always support me and I felt safe. Thank you Ronaldo and his lovely family 🙏

We liked everything about the accommodation. The room and facilities were super clean, comfy bed and safe parking under the shade. The hosts were very friendly and polite. 10/10 would recommend this place if you are in Ksamil.
