Something not related to the accommodation: very crowded beaches, very, very cramped sunbeds, in the coastal area the roads are very crowded and there aren't many parking spaces. The prices are quite high for Albania.

A very nice and new apartment, located close to the center of Ksamil and not so far from some of Ksamil Beaches. We had everything we needed for a 10-days stay. And if we were missing something, the very nice owners were kindly offered us what we needed. Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every 3 days. Bed linen are changed every 4-5 days. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook a simple menu if necessary. The vitroceramic hob was a bit slow, but in the end we managed with the help of the kettle. I can highly recommend this apartment.

First of all, having breakfast at the table in the garden in front of our room was a wonderful feeling. There was also a television with apps like YouTube and Netflix. We never felt bored during our time in our room.

I don’t have much to say that I didn’t like. The only thing I can think of is that the payment is only via cash or bank transfer, so, not credit card.

Ronaldo and family are great hosts, very friendly and always ready to help. They will do everything they can so your stay is pleasant. We had a good equipped apartment (iron, fridge, stove, dishes, wash machine) with private parking. Location was central, you could walk to the town or beaches.

The place was great. It is located close to the center and at the same time it is in a quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful yard and covered parking for the car. The hosts are extremely responsive. The room was very clean with everything you need!

The lady who takes care and welcomes you at the apartments is the real star. Everything was clean well organised to be honest i had little expectations because of the very good price they rent the apartments but one the best places i have visited in Ksamil depending on their availability from now on is the place to go for me and my family. Very good location walking distance from everything in ksamil beach restaurants markets what gives you the opportunity to not use the car and avoid ksamil traffic. 10/10 on everything.

Albania... The property itself was great.

It was the best stay in Albania. The compound itself is nice, clean and taken care of. There is space, grass and the amnesties were plentiful. The room was big and comfortable, with pretty much all you need.

It's a really nice place to stay at. Close to Ksamil's centre, beach, shops and restaurants. The room is very nice and clean. The garden is beautiful and a good place to relax. The owners are kind and helpful!

Our only issue was that we didn't get a great sleep as the curtains were thin and let in all the sunlight in the morning. But if you take a sleeping mask, you'll be fine.

Host was very helpful and service minded. The garden outside is amazing, especially if you have kids. No traffic outside and very calm area. Its very close to central so only few minutes walk to stores, restaurants and beaches. The apartments itself is fully renovated, everything is clean and comfortable. You even get a washing machine, which is greatly appreciate if youre a family with kids. Overall for us it was 10/10 and we will definitely book same next time.

Accessing the beaches with kids. They are near, but not so good infrastructure for walking and this is the reason why we were using the car. This is not related to the property, but it's the problem of Ksamil.

Amazing hosts, very lovely family! They were here for everything we needed. We reported few not so critical things that needs to be replaced in the bathroom and they changed immediately! They clean the apartments everyday which is great! The house is pretty new, and beds are new and great! location is great, the property is located near to the main street and you've everything you need in 3-4 min walking distance. They have private and covered parking which is great!

Perfect accomodation for families and friends. Located in the city center but in the silent part. Very clean and well equipped apartment with separate bedroom. Well organized kitchen where you can prepare your meals. Bathroom with washing maschine. Big terrace with table and chairs. Free wi-fi, aircondition, TV. Nice yard with fruit trees which you can eat :) Close distance to couple beaches. Very nice and friendly hosts. Definitely would go there one more time :)

Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing time at Ronaldo’s apartment ! It was perfectly clean, and his mother came to clean a few times during our stay. The place is very calm, there is no noise and we could sleep perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The AC was also working really well, which is important because it can get hot in the summer. The table and chairs outside are perfect to enjoy the evening. Location is really nice, it’s about 5/10 minutes away from the beaches. Ronaldo is incredibly flexible, and was always trying to make things easy for us, gave us great advices for restaurants and places to go. Plus on the check out day, he let us leave our suitcase until the evening to make our departure more convenient.
