We found the property at the very end and it was perfectly suitable for what where where looking for! The host was super friendly and helpful. Clean apartment, stunning views in one side you have ocean views and in the back the view of the mountains. 100% recommended

It's a bit of a walk to the beach (really big hill on the way back) so maybe better suited to guests with a car

Loved my stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, good facilities (air conditioning worked perfectly), and had a gorgeous balcony which had an amazing view. The host, Andreas, was the kindest man - very helpful with recommendations. Easily contactable and was available when I made a last minute booking. Andreas let me hop in the car with him to Vlore which was so helpful and nice, and even dropped me at the bus station. A fantastic host, thank you!

It’s not easy to walk from the house to the beach

This was a lovely place to stay, comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony looking out to the sea. The host was very sweet and helpful, he gave us recommendations and was always available on text.

The only slight downside is the property is a good 20 mins walk from beach and most restaurants. Fine for us as we had a car but worth being conscious of if you aren’t planning to drive.

We were really happy with our stay at Xheko rooms. We had two triple rooms. They were comfortable, clean and with good showers. It was very good value for money. Andreas was a friendly and welcoming host, always available to answer any questions.

My sister and I stayed here for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

The accomodation was perfect. The owner contacted me before arrival on whatsapp so I could ask him everything we needed. He recommended us nice restaurants and bakery. The room was very clean and it has very beautiful view on the see. It was a bit complicated to find it but as we had a contact on the owner he helped us. I would definitely come back.

Just for awareness: The house was located on a narrow street, and it could only accommodate a single car. Sometimes, you would get stuck because of another car coming in the opposite direction. There was a sign in the main street indicating the direction towards the house but once inside the narrow street, the house entrance was not so obvious. However, the host was very helpful and willing to come out to help locating the house.

The room was very clean and matched the description as shown in the photos. The host was friendly and willing to help with our questions. The area was quiet, the room had new furniture and a renovated bathroom. It was quite close to the Drymades and Dhermi Beach.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Xheko Rooms. The room was spacious and spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The owners were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

-The beach was accessible by foot but it took a bit of time and wasn't extremely straightforward. It is doable, but having a car helps.

-Very friendly and helpful hosts -Clean and spacious rooms -Wonderful balcony with great views -Calm environment -Perfect for a stay in a couple or with a friend I thoroughly recommend a stay here!
