The view from the balcony , comfortable bed.

We could hear from the room every door that was opened and closed at the hotel and snoring from different rooms . If you are a man - you can't actually stand straight when you are using the toilet, the area of the shower -toilet-sink was really small and not well planed so there is not enough space to put stuff

Breathtaking views from the room, relaxing and calming feel to the accommodation. The hospitality was impeccable. Thank you for making our stay so special.

The dinner was more expensive to other places in Theth.

Petriti is set in a charming location, with the stunning waterfall and famous church just a short walk away – both absolutely worth visiting. A few small shops nearby make it easy to grab a drink or snack. The restaurant serves tasty food. The friendly service combined with the warm, family-like atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The many dogs and the two gentle cows add to the charm, yet the staff ensures they stay far enough from the terrace for guests who prefer their space 😉. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very good looking with an amazing view of the surrounding areas such as mountains and calm animals. The outside dinning area is very relaxing and has good WiFi.

The bathroom was very small for a tall person and there was no bath mat.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by the stunning Theth mountains, with beautiful views right from the room. The wooden interior gives a cozy, alpine feel and the peace and quiet were truly relaxing.

We expected a bit more in terms of service and amenities. Communication could have been better, and overall the experience felt a bit underwhelming compared to the potential the place has.

Poor breakfast.

The location was great for us as it is close to the church, tower, and start of hikes for the waterfall and blue eye. Room had beautiful view across the valley and the guesthouse is a bit separate from others and the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed about the value for money and the condition of some of the facilities. One of the main problems seemed to be electrical issues: the main light in our room didn’t work and the staff didn’t follow up after we told them about the issue. The bathroom light also flickered and the shower pressure and temperature was variable. A few other downsides were the walls were very thin (we could hear another guest snoring, lots of sounds of children crying and running around), some of the common areas weren’t super clean, and there was a loud generator or something for construction outside our balcony which disturbed the ambiance all day. Breakfast was a decent spread of items, however, both mornings the eggs were very cold even though we were there early, for which the staff did cook some fresh on request.

Very nice hotel, close the the church of Theth. The room and bathroom were clean and specious. The staff was very helpful. The hotel served very nice traditional food at the cosy terrace. The breakfast buffet was abundant. You can easily park your car at the meadow next to the hotel.

Really lovely property for our time in Theth. The staff were excellent, especially Ermal (apologies if spelling is incorrect), who took care of everything we needed, incredible service. The rooms are basic, but very comfortable. Location is great, right at the start for blue eye and waterfall walks. The property is peaceful and quiet, with dogs, chickens and cows roaming in and out as they please, and stunning views of the alps. Swinging on the hammock after a walk will remain a highlight of our time in Albania.

In the peak of summer, the rooms were very hot. It would be good to have a fan to help that.

A few things missing from the room like a mirror in the room and a bath towel would have been helpful

the build inside the bathroom was a bit strange, but manageable.

Very nice location , amazing view around and some nice ambiance around too because there are some other hotels around but not too close. Very charming place , cows and chickens and birds . Staff was very warm and helpful . Whatever you need they are here to accomodate the best . There is parking .

It would have been nice to get a kettle and a mini fridge in the room .

Small room

Gorgeous location. Cute room.

There was sewage gas coming up from our shower that made our whole room smell. Hot and no fans. Construction was happening right outside our room until after midnight.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location - amazing! Room was clean with spectacular view! In general, place has very good vibe surrounded by mountains. Calm and peaceful spot for your relaxing vacation

Beer was too expensive, room did not have AC

Cold showers, the included free breakfast was ok but cold and not fresh.

We had a lovely stay here during our time in Theth. The rooms were clean and as pictured. The restaurant area 100% has the best views in Theth! The breakfast was a nice buffet with crepes, fruit juices, fruit, cheese, coffee etc. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and the meal was fantastic. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would recommend and stay again!

It is an excellent location close to the church and hikes. The staff was very friendly.
