In the evening there was a bad smell coming our of the bathrooms, but I think that this is a general problem in this area.

Overall it was great. The beach is right across the hotel, it’s free for hotel guests. We also ate at the restaurant and it was delicious. The room was as expected, overall super!

The charging sockets in the hotel were not what we are used to so we couldn’t charge our phones but they were always willing to help at reception

Breakfast. Was so busy and had to ask for orange juice as not laid out with the buffet. The area around the hotel had a run down feel about it.

My holiday ending.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. I like the vibe of the hotel. The pool area, the outside bar and the a la carte restaurant. It is in a great area where you can explore Golem or travel to Durres or go on half day trips.

Please take this as more of an opportunity to improve, not a criticism, have a waiter service on beach, have shower or foot washing at beach before you enter hotel, get better towels for beach, the staff in breakfast area need trg on what they are doing, ie coffee station was rude, more fruit would be nice at breakfast, also if you buy a sea view room I would like one, not a partial sea view room where it’s glimpses through dense trees, not able to dry swimwear on balcony as in constant shade, pool area not the best I’ve saw however it’s still a good hotel.

Right on the beach, room was good, some staff were fantastic, especially the girls on the desk and the boys outside on the bar, location is great, wee shop right over street, SPA not open at that point. Internet really good.

Not sure the spa was in function as there wasn’t any proper details of how to take part and do some spa activities when asked . But every order thing was in place.

Definitely loved the property and its environs . The kids loved the breakfast as well, and enjoyed every bit.

This unfortunately should not be offered as a 5 Star hotel, because it is not one. This is more a 4 star. Breakfast was not desirable, especially having to go up to a counter to ask a waiter for a beverage then having it served in a paper cup. For 4 of the days we skipped breakfast at the hotel even tho we paid for it. The food/ coffee is not a 5 star standard. The TV barely worked in the room as well. The Spa was in poor condition, no water available, freezing cold jacuzzi- again, not a 5 star! The staff are not exactly a friendly bunch- breakfast ended at 10am, at 9:55am the lights were turned off and you were told it’s closed even if you were on your last bite. Food was cold and not at a good standard.

Wish there was.

This place is literally heaven in this city. Such a peaceful and well managed hotel. Ive stayed at 5 star hotels all throughout the world and none better than this. Staff is amazing and so helpful. Spa is wonderful with literally every facility. We stayed at the top floor sea view room and it was breathtaking. All this for the price it was for is unbelievable. Will definitely only be coming back for staying in this hotel.

The stuff get up at the reception every time you approach them ☺️ I think only one person should get up - but they told me it’s because they respect the guests

The place looks like paradise- and the sunsets from the hotel looks wonderful It was so clean - all day we saw the stuff cleaning - it is very important to them and you can feel it. The restaurant was so good - it’s the best in this area- the waiters are professional and really wants the best for you - we felt like important people there ❤️

Pool had a bit too much chlorine for my liking and the deep tissue massage could have been better.

Friendly and hard working staff, breakfast was a huge and royal spread. The pool and spa were clean and neat. The sea and beach was literally ten steps away. Lovely views. The housekeeping staff were top notch. Lots of options to eat ten minutes walk in either direction. They Arranged taxis for us to go to Tirana and Durres with ease. Overall a solid 9.5.

I stayed at this hotel on our marriage anniversary. We booked a sea-view room well in advance and even mentioned the special occasion during the reservation. My only request was to have a high-floor room, but when we arrived, they had put us in a room on the first floor. It was frustrating to find that the trees near the balcony were blocking the view of the sea. When I asked if there was any chance of getting a different room, they just shrugged it off and couldn’t help at all. It’s disheartening when you have high hopes for a special occasion and it doesn't live up to expectations.

The hotel is close to the beach. Our overall stay was good. They serve buffet breakfast and have lots of options. The people working in the reception are very cooperative.

When you book “sea” view you don’t necessarily see the sea. I was on the side of the hotel that faves the sea but my room looked straight at trees. I couldn’t see the water at all. They shouldn’t offer those as “sea” view. Food wasn’t great.

Stairs to spa and floor around spa pool dangerously slippery. Poor communication on check in as we're se t messages after 1st night asking us to vacate as it was time to check out despite staying 3 nights. Easily sorted but unnecessary inconvenience

Checking out of the room at 10:30 seems perfectly acceptable. Being told we can't use the Spa after check out is acceptable. Being told we can't relax by the pool after check out? That seems harsh.

We had a nice stay. The breakfast was fine. The bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the beach. The spa was very pleasant. Especially during the adults only period.
