I was suspicious about the cleanliness of the jacuzzi. Also, while sitting in it I could smell urine. I'm not sure if it was coming from the toilet, the pipes or the tub. It was also disappointing that there weren't many tv channels.

Location, staff and room are all nice. There is a restaurant next to it. I love that I could pay by card.

Everything was clean and modern. The jacuzzi tub was very nice after a long day on the road. Location is excellent and staff is helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is that the A/C was not cooling the room properly...always we feel a little hot.

The young man on reception was incredibly helpful including carrying our ridiculously heavy luggage up the stairs. Nothing was a problem.

The service was exceptional; from helping with our luggage, bring us a towel to dry ourselves (we arrived during a storm), to walking us to the parking location and restaurant (the next morning), explaining the town and history - you couldn’t ask for better staff. We were even given a room upgrade!

My only suggestion: check the shampoo expiration regularly. The ones I had were expired. Anyway, that doesn't change anything. All perfect!

10/10⭐ The staff (Mario) was very kind and helpful. Called him to notify for a late check-in and he politely answered and said we wait for you. Furthermore he answered every question I had for the city and hotel. The room was super clean with all necessary facilities and a very comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a few steps to every place you would want to go. The staff at breakfast time was very kind too. Breakfast itself was quick and delicious. Can't wait to go there again.

More soundproofing to help eliminate outside noise. Not the owners fault but it would make a difference.

Parking in a secure spot was great. Our room was ready and very comfortable with a modern touch. The location was excellent but a bit noisy with traffic, barking dogs and the call to pray. Staff were very helpful especially Mario. Breakfast in their close by cafe had a good selection and were very flexible.

This hotel provided a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a healthy choice, though I would have appreciated a wider selection of vegetables. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly, welcoming and engaging staff. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the old town. You can just go out of the door by foot and visit all places of interest.

nice hotel, located in the city center, next to a walking street. I would like to note the work of the guys from the reception: friendly, polite, they did everything to ensure that we received the most positive impressions from our stay at the hotel. Such high-quality service works for the development of tourism in the country. delicious omelette and coffee for breakfast.

During breakfast in the hotel's restaurant waiting time for palleta (homemade donuts) exceeded the preparation and eating time of omelette twice. It's just next to the main nightlife square so it can be noisy late at night (drunk people making noise but no music though) thus it was a bit harder to fall asleep.

Top tier location - just in the beginning of Pazari with lots of artsy Pubs and Restaurants with live music and which offer great food for very reasonable prices. Close to every major attraction in the city. Most comfortable bed in Albania so far. Safe, private parking lot with a lot of space to maneuver. A friendly receptionist with whom we had a truly meaningful conversation about Albania.

This place is a cut above in Korca, a fairly new, modern hotel with all the trappings and amenities of an international 3-star at an extremely good price. Fast wifi, 24-hour reception, on-site parking, everything clean and comfortable in the rooms. The reception staff are very friendly gents, especially helpful with their recommendations. Location is excellent, right next to the bazaar and Blvd Fan Noli - terrific for both walking in the city and driving a little farther out. Solid breakfast too.
