United Kingdom- Quality of the food at breakfast wasn’t great -There were some minor issues that the staff immediately resolved like AC not working and door wouldn’t lock from the inside -No space to dry towels/swimwear -We didn’t love the music in our room early in the morning and late at night from the bar

Poland.The service was awful – unfriendly and unprofessional. Breakfast was an absolute disaster, the same poor food every day and of the lowest quality. The room was much smaller than advertised, which is nothing but fraud. The hotel left us with an extremely negative impression. The owner will probably try to make excuses, but everything I wrote is 100% true.
The location of Vista Maris in Albania is great, and the view from the hotel is Ok.

GermanyIn booking they make it look like its a very fancy Hotel, while in reality is completely different. The rooms are very old the furnitures very cheap and you can hear the outside noise in the rooms. These kind of hotels would be fair to be at max 35€ per night not 80 as i paid. I totally regretted to be honest and also i thought well the breakfast maybe is good but it was very bad. The guys working there were like lost in the morning there were barely 2-3 people on tables and they were so “busy” that i had to wait 30min for that silly breakfast. Im albanian myself and i love my country and support albanians but when they want money, they should also offer people that for what they paid. I also told the owner that im totally unsatisfied in everything cause at the end of the day we want to have good times on holidays not getting angry for this kind of stuff.
The only thing i liked was the wonderful sunset view from the Terrace.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Breakfast was poor, limited, and very slow — we often waited over an hour, and even coffee or tea had to be paid separately. Because of the hotel’s location, we had dinner there as well, but the service was even worse, with up to 1.5 hours of waiting. Cleanliness was unacceptable: during 9 nights, the room was cleaned only twice despite our complaints, and towels and sheets were changed just then. The bathroom was dirty from the start, full of hair, and clearly not maintained. To make matters worse, the walls had no soundproofing, so conversations from the next room could be heard clearly, leaving no privacy at all. While the staff were polite, the lack of hygiene, extremely slow service, and poor management ruined the experience.
The sea view was beautiful, but sadly, it is the only positive thing I can mention.

United KingdomConsumer services on the breakfast place was terrible and was noisy nice panoramic but without peace.
The room was very comfortable but very noisy at night the cars passed with high speed disturb the sleep, the breakfast wasn’t without it very mean position not well presented for hotel service neither the costumer service you would need to wait like you are waiting for charity food, not organised at all I was the 1st person attending the breakfast hall and the last person ignored me and served the last people arrived 1st. I will attached the breakfast with extra eggs as I don’t eat sausage and the extra egg I have to go to kitchen beg for it, they were waiting for me to forget about it

AlbaniaThe woman who welcomed us was very rude, she asked for money without even giving us the key. Before we did the reservation we saw that it was pet allowed but when she saw our little dog, she was surprised. The room had a strange smell all the time. There were ants in the room. The breakfast was very poor and bad. We don't recomand it.
The only thing that we appreciated from the property was the view but not from the room, the view that you could see from the veranda but you didnt have privacy. The view from the windows was a disaster.
