Exceptionally helpful and friendly couple who run the place. They sent me tips via WhatsApp on everything from where to eat to where to watch the football :-). The location inside the castle (old town) is completely central. Property is new and superbly maintained. The home made breakfast is delicious and the tortoise in the garden is delightful!

The owner was exceptionally accommodating. Helped us check in, upgraded our room and provided us with many information about Elbasan. The rooms were clean, pretty and cosy. We loved the option to sit on a porch overlooking the garden. The location was right in the heart of the old city but very close to everything. I’d recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Elbasan.

Leaving as only had 1 night but should have had 2 ..very peaceful location centrally located..,great terrace to sit outside in evening,well supplied kitchen..free parking nearby..Great flat city to wander ,comes alive at night with coffee bars and cafes.

Everything..superb new villa rooms ,very clean all through..Mikel superb host..welcomed us with bottles of water, help with parking and unloading ,and history of area.Lots hot water and towels..5 star 🌟

Great Stay!! The room and the bathroom were very clean! Perfect terrace with tables if you want to sit and relax. Located inside the castle of Elbasan. The location was perfect for exploring around. We would definitely come back to Villa Zoi again to see the great Castle of Elbasan even better.

Excellent experience. Fantastic stay in a historical place inside Elbasan Castle, video-monitored parking near the Villa for 2 euros per day. The structure is brand new, very well maintained and welcoming. The room was newly furnished, the bathroom clean and the bed comfortable. Shared kitchen equipped and clean, with unlimited free espresso available! Mikel is a really helpful person, always ready to answer and it was a pleasure to talk to him. If you pass through Elbasan we recommend you to stay there. Thanks for everything Mikel!

Villa Zoi is in such a special location, right in the middle of the most historic part of Elbasan, on a old Roman trading route. The property itself is superb, recently renovated. Highlights are the terrace and garden, along with the very well equipped kitchen. Finally our hosts were super welcoming, and really helped make our stay as relaxed as possible. Wish we could have stayed longer!
