Extremely clean and the owner was always there to greet you and help with advice if you needed anything. Wonderful home cooked breakfast / the bruschetta is amazing and the sweet and savoury pancakes lovely!

Bathroom shower did not have a glass wall or curtain around. Because of this, there was always some water on the ground after each shower. This was little bit disturbing and risky for injury. We also advise that they can use standard hotel door signs (do not disturb, etc.) to give desired request to cleaning personnel.

The breakfast was satisfying and having sufficient variety (including even fruits, etc.). Hotel stuff were always smiling, friendly and with great hospitality.

Everything was perfect

A perfect family run hotel. We’ve stayed in over 100 hotels in the last 3/4 years and Hotel Vathy really stands out as one of our favourites! The family that run this hotel make you feel so welcome it’s like coming home. They helped arrange day trips to some of the more natural beaches around Ksamil (Pulebharda) and even provided transport and introduced us to the staff at the restaurant who looked after us for the day. The daily breakfast at Vathy was a highlight. A very fresh, delicious & home cooked buffet of Albanian style dishes, pastries and hot eggs/sausages. We were particularly obsessed with the homemade tzatziki and the cheese pastries! It was lovely to see the family every morning - particularly the little treasure that is Ariana (I think?) the sweetest baby. The hotel itself is in a great location, 5 minutes or so from Poda Beach so close enough to be there in a flash but far enough that the beach bars aren’t audible from the room. The hotel is decorated in a modern and fresh aesthetic and kept spotlessly clean. Beds and towels refreshed daily. We stayed in the top floor room and the view from the insanely massive balcony was outstanding- especially at sunset. Normally we head to bars for sunset but instead spent every night on this balcony enjoying the views. It was nice to have sunbeds on the balcony too so we could enjoy some sunshine peacefully. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to returning - this was our first visit but certainly won’t be the last!

That I didn't stay a week more! I can't say any bad thing. It was amazing.

The stuff was extra friendly and helpful we felt like we are the part of the family too. I would recommend this place 100%. Plus the sunsets from the deluxe flat are breathtaking! The breakfasts were very delicious, and it is close to the beaches, 5-10 min walking distance from the best parts!

We opted for bed and breakfast but a kettle with cups, tea and coffee would be an added bonus in your room, but you have a fridge for cold drinks in the room. Hotel could do with being better sign posted as it’s set off the road.

Very welcoming hosts, small friendly family run hotel. Myself and a friend shared a twin room with balcony, other rooms have a sea view so would having the best sunset views, we had a side room due to availability as only booked 3 weeks previous to our trip. The room looks basic, but everything we needed, a good strength shower, wardrobe, fridge, hairdryer Very clean hotel. Our room was cleaned daily. We opted for bed and breakfast. Continental breakfast served. We literally slept, showered and got ready to explore the day time and nights out. Hotel Vathi is just off the high street, 300 metres from the beach, Ksamil is smaller than you first realise so once you got your bearings everything is within easy walking distance, the bars across the road just up the hill 100 metres gives you amazing sunset views. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with any information needed. Attentive staff. 10 minute stroll to the beaches and beach bars and restaurants. Lots of places to eat immediately outside the hotel. No point in paying 2-3 times to price to be beachside as it’s all so close.

Nothing everything was excellent

The property was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect only a 3 minute walk to the bus stop to Sarande and maybe 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of bars and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The rooms are roomy and comfortable with excellent air conditioning.

Everything. Location, setup, breakfast and the incredibly helpful, friendly and hardworking family that run it. Aircon (hallelujah!), and breakfast was great to have but the family who run the place is what puts this place above the rest.

We had a perfect two night stay at HOTEL Vathi. We had a huge double room and the balcony was a huge terrace with such an amazing view. Generous breakfast. Modern facilities. Super clean and tidy. Most importantly and fantastic host and family. Absolutely to be recommended. Great location, close to everything but not on top of anything.

Our family of four recently stayed at Villa Vathi for 8 days, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, perfect for all of us to relax and unwind after our daily adventures. From the moment we arrived, Ferit, the manager, made us feel right at home. He was always around, ready to help with anything we needed. His warm and welcoming attitude truly made a difference in our stay. The rooms were spotless, thanks to the diligent cleaning service that came by every day. One of the highlights of our mornings was the delightful breakfast provided. There was a wonderful variety of options, including local pancakes prepared by the family, delicious chocolate crêpes, fresh vegetables, and cheeses. We also had great coffee every morning, made ready for us, which made our mornings wonderful. It was the perfect start to our day. Villa Vathi’s location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city but far enough from the noisy beach clubs and bars. This gave us the best of both worlds: easy access to attractions and a peaceful place to retreat to. Ferit also helped us with taxi services and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. His advice was spot-on every time. We especially loved having our own private terrace. It was such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the pleasant weather. Our stay was so comfortable and enjoyable that we’ve already decided we’ll be coming back. Thank you to everyone at Villa Vathi for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Very friendly host (and his family) with a recently build small scale hotel. Very clean rooms with necessary equipment and good working AC. Close to the center and beaches, free private parking space next to the hotel. Breakfast was simple but very nice and fresh ingredients. Also the espresso was a nice plus. Overall would strongly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, which made us feel right at home. My AC wasn’t working well the first night but it was repaired quickly the next day.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay and a quiet nights sleep. Located a short walk to a supermarket and a range of restaurants. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide range of options and was delicious. With no carnitas possible to walk to a variety of beach clubs for the day.
